I orderd the Wagyu and Blue cheese salad with gorgonzola vinagrette. Really great salad, fresh greens, especially liked the pickeled and crispy peppers. My son and husband each ordered the large Wagyu Philly Cheesesteak, it was massive! They both said it was delicious! Will definetly go back again!

It’s been months since I have been here. Decided to give it a shot again… the sandwich was okay. I was happy to see that it did not take them over a half an hour to make a sandwich but found it entertaining that they had a sign saying it could take them a while to make them due to staffing.

I’m a huge Capriottis fan. In Vegas they have them and they are awesome. This one is not good. The sandwiches don’t taste the same and the skimp on meat so bad. They also always mess up the orders. To make it even worse I went there and for a second time and they were completely out of Turkey. Step it up because they are way better than this.

Food was just ok as this was my second time eating here. The wagu sub was mediocre at best. It was better the first time I came in months ago. Also, I don’t like the pressure of tipping that occurs here. When you pay they expect either a cash or credit tip. This was also advertised as an incentive to work here that they earn tips. Sounds like management should pay more and expect less.

For “Unnecessarily Good Ingredients”, the chicken was unnecessarily chewy. The floor was absolutely disgusting, and the rag/solution bucket they wipe the tables with has straw wrappers and food floating in it. The trash can was so full, you couldn’t open it right. There were staff members just hanging around when they could’ve been cleaning. For a restaurant that boasts its quality food, the environment really wasn’t pleasant. I’d come back if I was invited, but I don’t think I’d come here on my own.
