Capriotti’s social media team has been on fire. Been seeing slick ads for about a month and finally stopped in the shop.
Right of the top prices were eye watering but I said oh well, we’re here let’s give it a shot. Ordered 4 sandwiches, loaded fries, and 3 drinks for a total of over $120.
The sandwiches were on par with maybe Jimmy John’s at twice the price. The bread was too soft and the slaw was almost flavorless. The people were incredibly nice but not very knowledgeable about the products or register. Manager was SUPER cool and helpful.
Overall I was very disappointed. Still on the hunt for the best sandwich in Kennesaw. This wasn’t it.

I really enjoyed my cheese steak. Fries were good too. It too a little long to get my food but it was worth it. Staff was friendly. It was kind of pricey. About $20 for what you see in the pic. I will be back though. Hopefully it’s consistent.

I have been ordering from this location for years and the food is always really good and a great presentation until tonight. There was cranberry sauce melted with barely any there. Looks like the last picked off pieces of turkey on it. I am not happy with the sandwich I received. The meat was dry and hard. I had to take a can of cranberry sauce from my own pantry to put cranberry sauce on it. Not to mention it had bones in it . this is nowhere near the caliber of food I’m used to getting from Capriotti‘s.The sandwiches are too expensive to not be correct

The Kennesaw location is hands down my favorite. I had an issue with a pickup order yesterday, but I came back in and spoke with the manager on duty, and the way it was handled completely turned the experience around. They remade my entire meal fresh with no hesitation and made sure everything was correct.
The manager was genuinely kind, professional, and respectful throughout the whole interaction. You can tell they truly care about customer service and making things right. That level of accountability goes a long way.
I really appreciate how this was handled. I’ll definitely be back to this Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop location.

I’ve eaten here several times and am a big fan of the Bobbie. Today I ordered medium Bobbie warm. My sandwich was luke warm at best, so sloppy I could barely hold it to eat it. However the most atrocious part was it had a huge bone in it! I’ve attached a picture – the large object in the foreground which is almost half the size of my sandwich was found in my first bite! Totally unacceptable

They were out of Dr Pepper today but the sweet tea was good. My Italian was a bit “light” but tasty as always. A nice treat for lunch. The store is always clean with quick – freshly made service.

This place was ok, but I expected better. Steak sub was extremely greasy, to the point where it had soaked through the soft bun. Fries were decent. 2 counter people were more interested in laughing with each other behind the sandwich board than paying attention to the counter, as I watched 2 young girls patiently wait for minutes to fInally be noticed. I wanted to say something, then remembered that this wasn’t MY sub shop. Looks like good help is still hard to find.

So we’ve never had an issue with this site but while the service was great the food was not. When you travel 2 hours to get sandwiches (4xl) you expect what you order right? Ordering a classic the (CAP). No sauce on the sandwiches at all. We spent almost $100 plus a 20% tip. Disrespectful when we came to pick up and rude when we asked for additional sauce ♀️ ♀️

Highly recommend. My husband wanted the Thanksgiving sub from firehouse subs but they were out. After doing research I saw this place has a similar sandwich called the Bobbie. He really enjoyed it. I had a Philly cheesesteak with bacon, hot and sweet peppers…it was delicious. Ee shared loaded Cheesesteak fries..the fries were a little too crispy but still very good. Young man at the counter was very helpful and provided good customer service. If we lived in the area I’d definitely come more often but we’ll be back for sure. The meat tasted very good and fresh. Absolutely recommend giving this place a try.

Staff was not very polite. No care given to our order and the food was less than mediocre. I was the only person in the restaurant stood for 3 mins until the cashier (who also made our food) finally looked at me and told me I could order whenever. Tomatoes weren’t even ripe and shouldn’t have been served. Not worth my money. Won’t be back. $30 for two sandwiches.
