Stopped in with 4 kids on our way to a Ohio. The lady at the register provided the best customer service! Food was quick and fresh and brought right to our table. We spilled a drink and she was wonderful in helping us clean up without making us feel like we were trouble.

As far as Arby’s go, this location had great service, clean dining area, and the food came out fast and good quality. When my wife asked for a spare bun they even asked if she would like it toasted, which for fast food is definitely going the extra mile for customer service. Better than most Arby’s. Adding to our roadtrip list of places to stop for a quick bite.

The curly fries were more like hard cold potatoes chips. The slider was really cold. The service was fast and friendly. I would not recommend going in late at night. My visit was around 9:15pm and I would have to guess by that time they just do not really care

They got the meats, the lowest quality of them all, they had to put effort into funding such low quality, possibly lab grown. Doesn’t taste like any real meat I have ever had. Tried, ham and Swiss, roast beef, chicken cordon blu, all taste not right.

Stopped for a quick bite while traveling because we didn’t really want fast food but we did want good food quickly. Food was excellent and the staff were great also.

The last 3x we have eaten there have been terrible the food was cold and this last time I ordered a burger and got brisket. The regular fish was cold and was like trying to eat rubber. The cheese was so stale it hard. The roast beef was cold fries cold and the pop was pure carbonation and the tea tasted lile fish. Tried to get a refund and was refused because I didnt keep the food and return it also. I had already thrown it out as our dog and cat wouldnt even eat the crap. We will never eat there again or at any arbys for that matter. We have gotten food poisoning at the one in south detroit and also in toledo ohio.

We stopped here on our trip down south and the service was great. The cashier saw our puppy and asked if she could give him a pup cup. We were not expecting that and she delivered with the biggest cup of whipped cream for our pup. She was so nice and so excited to give him a pup cup. So nice and would come here again for the pup cup.
