Went in for lunch., staff greeted me and order was taken. Food came out and the sandwiches were huge. First time to this chain. Tasted great. Employees looked over worked and the store/seating could have used a good cleaning and wipe down. But with only two folks, priorities were on food orders.

ordered diner tonight, a Balsamic Chicken salad that was suppose to have Premium grilled chicken breast, mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese crumbles, glazed cranberry walnuts, and balsamic dressing. It came with iceberg/romaine lettuce and boiled chicken. Nothing else. this is the second time they have messed up our order and this is the last time we will order from them.

Went here for lunch with my grandmother expecting a sub on-par with the likes of other chain sandwich shops (Subway, Jersey Mike’s, etc.) and was thoroughly surprised in a good way. The portions you get for the price are excellent, and the food was flavorful. The fries were crispy and seasoned well, and my cheesesteak actually had a respectable amount of meat and cheese in it. As others have said, expect a wait (10-15 or so minutes if business is slow) if you get anything hot. Other than that, I have no complaints or concerns.

Nice portions, VERY hospitable staff. My husband and I split a 12 inch “The Bobby” sub and fries, it was more than enough for both of us. My husband forgot to order the sandwich hot and they remade it hot for us with no problem. When the line showed down the woman working the counter came out to the dining area to chat with the customers and even learn two elderly customers by name, it was sweet . We didn’t realize they offer a free kid’s grilled cheese. The same woman made us aware and offered to make our baby a grilled cheese sandwich. The Bobby was unique (Thanksgiving dinner flavor) and delicious and the fries were crispy. I think the woman’s name was Joyce? We will definitely eat here again!

Came in for a quick lunch, but it took 10 minutes before our order was taken by a very unfriendly employee who clearly didn’t want to be there. Placed order at 12:10pm. Sat and waited for 26 minutes for 2 cold sandwiches. While waiting, 5 more guests stood in front of the counter waiting for someone to take their orders, two of which ended up leaving after standing there for over 10 minutes while no one took a single order. Meanwhile, it appears they’re preparing take out orders over the customers standing in front of them. In addition, the same order of fries sat at the pick up counter from the time we placed our order until we received it, which was well over 20 minutes.

While this establishment may have had a more favorable reputation in the past, I must commend Mimi for her exceptional service. However, I encountered a significant issue with the food quality. The loaded fries and chicken chipotle sub were excessively seasoned with pepper and salt, rendering them inedible. This resulted in a regrettable expenditure of nearly $40, as the distance and time constraints prevented me from returning for a replacement or refund. Typically, I conduct thorough research before patronizing an establishment, but due to my exhaustion after a 12-hour shift, I made an exception. It was particularly disappointing to have my evening negatively impacted in this manner. Therefore, I respectfully request that the culinary staff working on February 11, 2026, at approximately 7:18 PM, be advised to exercise greater restraint when seasoning dishes. Perhaps a single application of seasoning would suffice, or ideally, patrons could be provided with the option to season their own meals.

Its 01/14/2026. just called to place an order for a cheesesteak for lunch. it is 12:05 pm the person answerd the phone and told me any hot food will take two hours to prepare and refused to take my order. This is the second time i have called in the last two weeks and was refused service. its terrible. i hope someone from the franchise or management see this and take action. Rude customer service.

Tuesday was my 2nd visit. The 1st time I went, my sub was stuffed with meat, and everything was good. Yesterday, we placed our order and could barely hear the girl. When we got our subs, mine looked like a bag of lettuce. I had to scrape all that off. The tomato was on top of the sub, not even in it. There was hardly any steak on it. The sad part is that I looked at the people next to us, and their subs looked great. There was lots of meat hanging out of the roll. I’m very disappointed. I won’t be back.
