Just moved to the area, so this was my first visit to a Capriotti’s. Ordered the “cole turkey” with extra turkey, and it was excellent! Best turkey hoagie I’ve ever had. Their turkey is different, it isn’t sliced deli meat, it is pulled roasted turkey. The turkey itself is delicious, their cole slaw is really good, and the bread was excellent. I’m sure I’ll become a regular at Capriotti’s! Maybe I’ll try their other sandwiches, but it would be really hard to pass up their turkey — highly recommended!

The sandwiches here are amazing! They recently bumped up the amount of protein on each sub considerably and it makes a huge difference. The staff is very warm and welcoming. The dining area is spotless and the bathrooms are clean and well kept! I recommend this place to all my friends and family whenever they ask me where they can grab a good meal.

Shrinkflation personified. $9 for a 5″ sandwich with very little meat. Taste was good though.

I gotta say today was not a good day in Caporiotti’s. The staffed didn’t seem to be happy to be at work. They were really busy as softball team & families were there ordering so it was a little crazy. My issue is, I ordered a Bobbie as I always do but when I get home to eat the sandwich I was extremely disappointed. The amount of turkey or lacy there of on the sandwich was awful. There is more cranberry sauce than turkey. If you’re going to charge $20 for a sandwich please make it worth it. If I didn’t like 25 minutes away I would have brought it back and asked for a new one. I hope you see this and train your staff to do better.

Ordered a large Italian hoagie. Did you forget the meat?? You couldn’t even taste what little was on there!! Seriously? Never again.

My job sent me to the Wilmington. Delaware area. When I saw that there is a Capriotti’s within a mile of the hotel where I stayed, this was the biggest no brainer in the hitting of no brainers. It had been over 18 months since I’ve been to one, and the turkey Bobby was as good as I remembered. Ate there three times that trip!

I placed and order for the BBQ Chicken sandwich. Requested no provolone, no slaw and no crispy cheddar onions. Clearly says that on my receipt. Get to my desk to eat, open it up and theres provolone, slaw and slaw on it. I can’t eat provolone cheese or mayo (slaw), both make me very sick. This is not the first time this location has made mistakes in an order but it’s the last time I’ll be stuck with wasting money and not having a lunch to each. Please teach your staff how to read and follow directions.

Have to give credit to Jackson, he greeted me, was friendly and helpful in placing my order. With that said, past few times I was criticized for requesting swiss on tuna (“I’ve never heard of that,” grumpily asked to place a positive review, charged $4 extra for a double portion meat (turkey) because the amount is not enough to begin with, and this last (and final) time… the gentleman with the short dark hair (who I have seen before and already knew is not friendly) and his lady colleague said nothing to me or looked in my direction — They just call the name, I acknowledge, they place the paper bag down on the counter, don’t look in my direction or at me, don’t say thank you/good night, or even acknowledge when I thank them! Dead silence, crickets. That’s a great way to make a customer feel unwelcome. Unfriendly behavior, too many times now and the other things I’ve finally had enough — you don’t want my business, no problem — you got it. And although convenient at times — I have found the product quantity (usually the protein) less than I would expect and assembly to be inconsistent. Some people may not care enough about these things, but I do and will not return.

Not sure if some locations just can’t make Bobbies or if Capriotti’s has cut quality overall. I have bought Bobbies for 20 years but this is not going in a good direction imo. The recent Bobbie’s I’ve had have been sad, today was a low. It consisted of about 3/4 stuffing and rest was equal parts cranberry and turkey. Not worth $12.
3 stars is for the past 20 years. Today was a 1.
