I decided to do a pretty late to-go order, as I hadn’t eaten all day. Man am I glad I found this spot on Google. Not crazy busy, and the prices were pretty fair for what I got. I decided to order Tonkatsu Donburi and an Avocado and Cucumber Roll. The price point was fair too. The staff seemed friendly. My worry with katsu is that sometimes moisture from the other food items will impact it. Somehow this katsu stayed dry, even though I was going to mix it with the rice. The egg was cooked well too! I liked the soup and salad that came along with it, always good to start a meal with a salad. The soup was still warm. The avocado and cucumber rolls were nice too, and they gave me soy sauce packets and chopsticks. I’m glad I got to go from here. I’d like to sit in sometime, and it didn’t seem crazy busy.

This was the freshest sashimi I have tasted in town! Their cheaper rolls are also still really good, but I highly recommend their specialty fresh rolls and their Ari platter. The miso soup and salad appetizers that come with the platter are so good too, never had I had such great miso soup. The staff was extremely friendly as well, a great time and I’ll definitely come back!

There’s a few good sushi items (not AYCE) on Rainbow and Ari Sushi is worth a try. They have all your popular Japanese dishes, but we mainly came here for the sushi choice.
We chose the Chef’s Choice Ari Sushi which comes with 9 pieces of sushi as well as a soup and a side dish. We chose both the blue crab hand roll and the blue fin tuna roll. I definitely suggest the blue crab hand roll as it was really flavorful with a mixture of crab and mayo. The variety of sushi they give you is also really good as it’s a great variety of sushi in which they all have their own unique flavor in its own. The price point is also really good for the quality you get.
The service was decent. The only bad part is that we asked for a hot sake and the first one they gave us was a Luke warm sake. Maybe it was just sitting there but who knows. The environment was pretty chill since there wasn’t a lot of customers there when we arrived. Doesn’t give you an upscale feeling but it gets the point across with its dim lighting.

Every bite felt like omakase and it was delicious! Bonus point is they open late and after all, we were pretty full and satisfied.

This has become our go to Japanese restaurant for sushi, appetizers or bento. The food is amazingly fresh and deliciously cooked. I don’t eat much sushi but my husband and friends rave about its high quality. For those that don’t eat raw fish, there’s plenty of options. Service is awesome, always friendly. The place is small but cozy, for larger parties they have a lovely private area that can fit 8-10. This is a hidden gem.

Ari sushi is so good. Can’t believe we haven’t gone here before. We made it for happy hour and everything on the menu is everything we love. Everything we had was amazing. Happy hour Prices were great. $5, $8 sushi and other items. Definitely a must .

Reason for 3 stars even though food and service was amazing. I felt that they ripped me off for what I got. I could have went to an all you can eat for the same price. 12 pieces of a roll plus a small soup and salad . $30 with tip. This place is just horrible

My man & I love this place! The food is exceptional. We have been here a handful of times and can’t wait to return again. I have tried lots of sushi in LV, & this is IT! There is such a variety within their menu, the servers are so attentive, and the chefs really know portion & plating presentation. 100% recommend eating here!
