The banking staff was atrocious. Rude, uninformed and helpless. The cafe staff was wonderful. Coffe was not enjoyable. I RECIEVED absolutely no help with my account questions. The women was completely bothered by my exsistance and any question about accounts. I brought my friend in to make a $30,000 new account and we left with our opening one. Won’t bother going back. Business lost!

This was my first visit to the Capital One Cafe, and I was truly impressed by the friendly staff who kindly introduced the cafe’s facilities to me. The space is quite spacious, featuring an open landscape design with modern decor. I would love to see a branch open at Cherry Hill Mall in the future.

This place deserves a lot of recognition. The coffee is honestly some of the best in the area, and the staff are always consistently so great. Whether they are working on the bank side or cafe, they’re always a pleasure. A particular shout out to Andy who took care of an issue of a food item being out of stock so professionally and kindly!

I got the honey lavender latte. And it was so good. I normally don’t get drinks like that I’m normally a plain latte girly but here I am. Also I got half off because I have capital one and that was really great.
Everthing is really clean. There is so much seating and nice comfy chairs and people who help you if you need banking help.
It did take a little long for my latte to be done so probably need an extra worker. Everything else was great.
My friend got the blueberry drink and that was good too

My new favorite cafe shop!! DEVIN and ROSE with Capital One were extremely helpful, friendly with a smile, what a wonderful experience. Love the capital one cafe, clean and comfortable to study/work at. Coffee was delicious provided by Peet’s coffee. Bathroom was spotless along with the sound of nature. highly recommend this spot!
