What a great addition to Winter Springs! Decided to try Cao Bakery and was impressed with the quality of the food & great service. Ordered a ropa vieja cuban plate and the meat was so flavorful, very good portion, also got the lechón plate and was fantastic. The young girls at the counter were very friendly. They had a variety of desserts also. Highly recommended, a good Cuban restaurant was much needed in this area.

My ‘Top Choice’ cafe to enjoy coffee drinks, tasty food options and phenomenal bakery desserts. Especially love those Señorita Chocolate and also Dulce De Leche pastries!!! Multiple visits (for breakfast) and each time service was exceptional. Cute, clean and comfortable space. At times it can be busy, but everything moves quickly thanks to the team of friendly, helpful folks working the counter. My only regret about CAO is not discovering this place sooner. Thrilled they opened this cafe here in Seminole County. Across the board, 5-stars

I have heard that a new bakery had opened in town and I am always up for having a tasty treat. The store is clean, open, welcoming with plenty of inside seating.

Staff is nice, friendly, attentive and happy to answer any questions or make suggestions. They serve a variety of Cuban goodies which include pastries, cakes, croquetas, bread, sandwiches, Cuban entrees and coffee.

With so many options to choose from, you will definitely find something to eat, snack on (like I did), satisfy your sweet tooth with a quesito or recharge with a cafecito.

I tried their chicken croqueta, a quesito and a pandebono. Everything was fresh and delicious! I had not had a good quesito in a long time and Cao’s definitely hit the spot! I will be back to try more of their goodies when I come back to the area.

I’ll keep this short but effective.
This is the BEST local Cuban cafe/bakery!

The food is excellent and fresh, the pastries are delicious and authentic, the espresso and coffee is perfect, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming!

I’m hooked! This is a must go to place!

CAO Bakery & Café is an absolute gem! The food is incredibly delicious with the perfect amount of flavor, and the portions are generous too. The café is spotless inside, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is super friendly — make sure to tip London, who is such a polite and helpful young lady. A special thanks to Ruben for making my sandwich — it was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be back to try the pastries next time. Highly recommend stopping by — you won’t be disappointed!

As a miamian that just moved into the area seeing CAO here brings me such joy. My husband and I got the Ropa Vieja with rice/beans & tostones 10/10 and the portion was great. My toddler also got una empanada de pollo & croquetas, she ate them up. The staff was so kind and the stands were full of such amazing looking treats. I ended up getting a Nutella pastelito & un pastelito de queso(I wish it had a little more cheese but it was good). They even have Torejas! Overall it’s a vibe. I hope to see them grow and become a community staple as it has for me .

SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE A CAO BAKERY IN ORLANDO! Their Ham croquettes are amazing and their selection of pasteries/desserts will leave you drooling. But don’t skip this place for lunch or dinner! We had a pan con bistec here for an early dinner and absolutely loved it! The table next to ours raved about the black beans so we are looking forward to trying a platter next. Summer was warm and greeted us with kindness. SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! They deserve it!

Their café con leche is not bad, and I’ve enjoyed their sandwiches. The pastries are just okay, and some of the other dishes I’ve tried were decent but nothing that really stood out. The place is nice, quiet, and clean, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, a good spot for a relaxed visit.
