So I got two double hamburgers and a large fry for close to $11. But the fries were over $3 and and barely filled the fry container so I went inside to complain and no one acknowledged me then the manager grabbed the fry container looked in the bag as if I was trying to cheat them and then topped off my fries. Disgusted I threw the fries and the bag on the floor behind the counter and left only to be questioned by the manager why I did that and had to explain to her that she had zero customer service skills and so did her employees and it will be the last time I will ever go there and will make it my effort to make sure no one else ever goes there because of her ignorance. Its a white black thing.

Terrible, Terrible to the point where I will never eat Burger King again. I did an online order for a Whopper and Onion Rings. I pick up my order and onion rings are cold. I go back through drive thru they give me new onion rings. I place the bag on my seat a big oil spot, I lift the bag of with the onion rings oil is seeping out of the bag. Pictures below!

This Burger King has a terrible work atmosphere as well as a unsanitary kitchen environment. With mice found everywhere and night shift members also making food with no gloves it’s hard to believe people to still eat at a place like this.

They always get my order wrong, then have an attitude when you come back for what they forgot, then they give you the wrong thing again haha this happens a lot here. They should not only be nice, but give you a free cookie or some for making you drive back. I drive an F250 and live 15 min away, that’s a lot in gas. Plus, it wastes time and my fries and everything else gets cold.

I am always impressed by how clean this store and restrooms are. Everyone pitches in, including the shift managers. It is not uncommon for me to walk in to make a purchase only to see the shift manager wiping tables or mopping the dining area. It’s this level of care, put into the shop, that makes this location a warm place to visit. A super friendly Staff always delivers your meal with a smile and a ‘Thank You’

Fast drive thru service but my onion ringd were cold , my lucky charms milkshake cup was only 60% filled & the drive thru leads you directly to the str where on coming cars are hard to see.. Not a good location @ all..I enjoyed my classic grilled dog.. I will return & remember to check everything before i drive off..
