We lived way on the other side of town…on Woodland, near Potter and Busse, but my parents always ordered out from there.

Take out was piping hot as should be and ready in 10 minutes. The rice was loaded with grease and dark sauce. Good egg roll.Meat was tender and broccoli not seen.I appreciated the fried chicken sample which was tasty and crisp.
Best price for dinner at $13.50

I loved the old school diner ambience with the red booths and chairs. The food was pretty good, although I should have known better. I had a mega migraine headache the next morning, but that’s true of most commercial Cantonese Chinese food. It was also a little overpriced for the portions.

The weird thing was that we never received a check. The waitress figured this out in her head, which bothered me a little. I had to double check this on my own piece of paper to make sure the total was right. Since we don’t live nearby, and there are far better Chinese restaurants near us, I doubt we’ll ever return.

Been eating there for over 30 years and we have always loved their food. Since it has changed hands, the food is horrible. The soup has no flavor, like it’s hot water with noodles. The fried rice has not a pea or a carrot and hardly any meat. Will not be going back again. It’s a shame since it’s so close to home. Chef Ping is the best!

I order 3 soups today, and everyone i work with said this place is PHENOMENAL, but im going to disagree. I ordered chicken noodle, and wonton soups, there was NO FLAVOR, and the wonton were MUSHY, then I ordered the Hot and Sour soups, it wasn’t hot and sour, it was SWEET. Im really disappointed in this restaurant. I also read their menu on line their printed one that shows their prices and they are $2 less than what I was charged. That is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I WILL NOT BE SPENDING MY MONEY THERE!!!!

Large, clean place with very friendly people and good prices. The first place I’ve ever seen with both Mei fun and chow fun on the menu, that’s a good sign. Tea was served at each table, signaling a very traditional restaurant.

I had the Singapore Mei Fun. There was a lot of meat. I got a whiff of curry but it’s so spicy you can’t taste it. Thumbs up.

She went with Chicken Kow, which is moo goo gai pan without the moo or something like that. She liked it.

Since that first visit we ordered delivery from them and the food was just as good at home. It’s now one of our favorite go-to places.

The portions are big, and the prices are extremely reasonable. The egg drop soup is best that I have ever had. The pork war mein was delicious. I would totally bring my family here again. Yum!

We hadn’t been here in a while, so we stopped in for a wonderful supper. We had chicken chow fun and beef with black mushroom. Both dishes were delicious. Many folks ordering online and by phone. This is a wonderful restaurant. I noticed that the food wasn’t heavy on salt or MSG. Just delicious flavors enhanced by their own spices and marinating process.

Ordered a szcehwan dish and it was initially spicy, but then not throughout, otherwise it tasted good & there was a lot of protein included. Vegetable egg roll was EXCELLENT! Done old school, just how it should be! Hot tea was very good, along with some fresh orange slices for a refreshing complementary dessert. Service was a little bit above average. Spent ~$20/pp.
