Nice local neighborhood Italian restaurant. The portions are single serving, not meant for family style Italian eating.

We got free street parking in front. We had the roasted pork belly and Agnotoli with white vine. It took 30 mins for the food to come out. The pork belly was yum but the Pasta was bland. The service was excellent. Also FYI, bread isnt free.

Come for the food, hopefully your server isn’t such a witch. The runner was super nice. The waitress was a Class A Witch! We asked if they had hot chocolate bc our tween was cold with the door open and the sun having set. Her reply, “We don’t have any chocolate,” then walked away. Our kiddo noted several of the desserts contain cocoa powder or chocolate, so we mentioned this when she returned, “There are quite a few desserts with chocolate.” Her reply, “We DON’T serve hot chocolate” in as curt/rude/“how dare you” tone as you can imagine. She then walked away again to go across the street to the sister bar with some guy arm in arm before coming back to give us the wrong check. (Yes, there were other children in the restaurant, so it’s not an adult only restaurant.)

If you have to walk away from a restaurant hungry looking for other restaurants then it’s undoubtedly a zero star. The taste and quality of the burrata and pasta is great. And that’s where the good stuff ends. Their portions are so tiny that even after ordering an appetizer, a pasta, and a salmon for two worth $85 we were only half full. At any other Italian restaurant I’ve been to I’d be more than full with leftovers to take home by spending a third of what I spent here.

Wow. Blown away by this incredible neighborhood trattoria. Everything – food, service, cocktails, tiramisu – was to die for. Hugely popular, so expect to wait for a table even with a reservation, but SO worth it. We’ll be back!

Fresh pastas and really good drinks. Service felt personalized even though we didn’t have any particular requests. All the food options were really good. The neighborhood location is just an additional bonus. Even though the restaurant was relatively full, the service was fast and reasonable.

Not having AC in Seattle is common enough, but to not have ventilation of any sort at all seems inexcusable. We sat in sweltering heat watching the entire restaurant fill with smoke from the open kitchen. I can only imagine what it was like for the chefs. Not to mention the health toll on the servers who have to work under these conditions day after day. When I asked the server if we might have a fan put near our table, she shrugged and said “it’s just a warm restaurant.” I can understand the defensiveness, but it seems irresponsible of the management to allow conditions like these.
