A Cubana Torta is typically 3 meats and some fixings. Ham, sausage links, Chorizo or Milanese patty. This Torta had carnitas and two thin pieces of ham. The bread was not fresh. It tasted good overall but it was the worst Cubana Torta I’ve had. This isn’t a review of the restaurant overall just the sandwich. Chips and 3 varieties of salsa came with the order and they were good. The crispy chicken tacos weren’t crispy but tasted good.

I like trying out taquerias this one has be on the bottom of my list. First of all the music inside was so loud that it was hard to hold a conversation. The options on the menu were limited and expensive. We got the fajitas. Although the portions were large the quality of food wasn’t sufficient. The beef was so grisly that it was inedible. We did talk to them about it and the gave us some chicken instead, same thing. The chips and salsa are sometimes restaurants saving grace but these were mediocre. I can say that the help here was polite.

Lots of flavor! The chorizo breakfast burrito was super meaty and cheesy and it was absolutely huge!! There salsas were very good, bursting with flavor! The horchata was excellent! And lastly the churro was yummy, and also very long. The highlight of this place is huge portions of yummy filling food for very good prices! The servers were very nice as well. And there is beautiful seating outside in the sunshine or shade. They definitely earned a 5-star from me!

The food was good. I ordered a beef fajita plate and it tasted good and looked like the menu picture.
They had forgotten about my peer’s taco plate but after he reminded them, the promptly made it and we’re very apologetic about it.

First time here…Michalada is ! The super nachos were larger than I expected, and my son loved the fajita burrito. Bar area seating and booth seats…It’s a YES for me!

I ordered 3 Agua chiles and they weren’t good; they only had vegetables and were very seasoned. They didn’t have any shrimp. I won’t go back.

We went to eat at Cantaritos for dinner with friends. Upon entering, it looks like an average place, no decor that makes it look inviting or appealing. Pretty average. The ladies at the front counter seemed nice while taking our order. While the food was being made, I went to wash my hands and did notice the restroom smelled bad. It looked clean but smelled dirty if that makes sense? Like old water or like it had not been cleaned for a while. No biggie, looked clean. Upon sitting down, I noticed the table wasn’t wiped well and the booth had old tortilla chips scattered over the seat.
The front counter lady brought us a basket of chips, a red and green sauce and one sauce I assume was “queso”. All the sauce came prepacked in little plastic sauce containers, meaning no salsa bar here. A friend and I noticed the green guacamole sauce was fizzy and a little sour like it had gone bad. I skipped eating the rest of it. The jamaica drink I got was ok, again, average.
Food came out fairly quickly, I ordered the chicken flautas which also included beans, rice and small side of guac. Portions are average, I paid about $32 for this plate and a drink. The food here lacks flavor. The beans and rice were flavorless and the chicken flautas were meh. The chicken they used is dry and flavorless while also being sort of stiff. No shredded chicken, it’s more like small pieces of possibly grilled or fried chicken? After we got done eating, our plates sat at the table the whole time until we left. No one came to pick up plates or trash.
Overall, it was ok but I would not go back. The food isn’t good, the place could use some cleaning and it would be nice if the tables were checked on. Giving this place 3 stars because it’s average, nothing stood out and food lacks flavor. I will say that besides the green guacamole sauce, everything tasted fresh.

Nice little taqueria. Great service and food. I was so hungry I forgot to take pics of my crispy and soft tacos! They were both great. Crispy I went with Carne asada and soft was carnitas. On the crispy it came with Parmesan cheese which is a nice change. Will be back.

The Bad: My plate was completely forgotten about (Street Tacos). Pastor meat was super heavy on cumin. Floor was sticky.
The Good: Shrimp on the Micheladas was on point, spicy & flavorful. Barbacoa, Birria & Chicken tacos were excellent. Mangonada was great (According to my kid).
In a pinch maybe a bite to eat.
