Excellent eatery, my son and I were made welcome from our entry to our departure. Our Ribeye was hot tender and very tasty. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the Hash browns simply the best I’ve eaten since my Mother passed away! Coffee was exactly the way I like it.

Our waitress was super nice. But she was a bit busy, and and we ended up having to wait a little longer than expected to get our order in. The food was excellent. The place was pretty normal and reasonably quiet, until they seated five young men in the booth near us and it became extremely noisy. We would definitely return at a less busy time.

We have driven by this unique looking restaurant, in my opinion, shaped like a train car, many times. Today, on our way from our home in Star to an appointment in Boise, we decided to stop for lunch. It was about 12:30, a Friday. We were met by a very friendly and nice young woman named Michelle, who would be our server.
The inside is very fiftyish in decor, our area having photos and drawings of James Dean and Marilyn Monroe. The interior is long and narrow, and the one drawback was the somewhat loud party across from us, consisting of an older and younger man.
We both felt like breakfast. My wife had eggs, bacon, and French toast with a side of their O’Brien potatoes, which I shared. I chose the breakfast burrito with sausage, which included hash browns, cheddar cheese, and eggs. The food was very good and very reasonably priced. Michelle provided excellent service.
We will definitely be back.

Have eaten there several times, breakfast, brunch, lunch, (more if you go back years ) , Never disappointed. The food, atmosphere and service are always topnotch. Prices are reasonable for these days. And wait times depend on a , “rush ” or not they vary like weather not more than 10 minutes once.

This is my favorite place to eat with friends. We love the outdoor patio and bring our well behaved dog with us. They have wonderful breakfasts and lunches and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everything is always delicious and hot and fresh especially since Candy took over. The inside is super cute and has high booths for privacy. Go for the great food, reasonable prices (in a city where prices are rising), and great service and come away feeling like you’ve just made new friends too.
