My fiance and I went here and got the layered soft serve, I got the Better than anything and he got the Birthday cake. Both excellent desserts and a good size for the price. Regular size layered soft serve was only $7.34 and large was $8.34. We have also had the coffee here and it is delicious. Not to mention we came for birthday reward and its anything on the menu $10 or under for free!

The dark interior is always so calming and inviting. They never fail to have the best choice of drinks. I used to really love Candy Cloud, but over time it started to taste different so I stopped going for a while. I decided to give it another try today. I remembered seeing a curbside pickup spot before, which I thought would be perfect since I had my young son with me. I called when I got there, and the girl on the phone was very nice, but she told me they don’t do curbside anymore. The curbside spot/sign is still there though, which is frustrating when you’re trying to avoid dragging a kid in and out of the car.
That being said, my drink and smoothie were both very good this time, so I was happy with what I ordered. I just really wish they’d update or remove the curbside signage so customers, especially parents with kids, aren’t misled.

If you’re looking to order your coffee without any interaction of people this is your place! At first I was a little put off by it but then you get to see what all the options are and decide at your own pace at the kiosk, vs the quick split second decisions.
But, I will say, that the coffee we had was absolutely delicious, and I had the Better than anything as a shake and ooof is it amazing!!!
Also I just love how they package them, you can grab coffee or drinks to go and not have to worry about it spilling, what a concept!

Candy cloud hands down has the nicest most attentive staff of any establishment I have been to. I work very near to them and multiple times they have brought me my coffee if I became to busy to come grab it!
Every single person there has always been so genuinely pleasant. I completely made the switch from any other coffee chain to this one. The hype for Candy Cloud is completely justified in every way. The coffee is always amazing there! If you’ve been putting off your visit here don’t!

Okay now this place is everything for drinks. I love it, you can have anything from ice cream drinks, boba drinks, refresher lemonades, to even expresso and coffee drinks. The service is great and there quick.

A diamond in the rough. VERY modern coffee / tea shop that only takes credit cards. You have to order through a kiosk and they just make your drink in the back and bring it to the counter. Not sure how I feel about this inpersonal service. If you’re looking for a cozy, personalable atmosphere, this place isn’t for you. But if you’re just looking to grab and go, then it is. Drinks and snacks are delicious, so no complaints there.

Fast and friendly service, good ice cream and coffee. Could have more drink choices but ones they have a good! But they get busy and think they need a bigger place and a better way to order, two ordering self things aren’t enough. People are too stupid and take to long to order on their own so the line goes out the door most times. It would be helpful also if they had a menu board so people aren’t just scrolling for minuets trying to decide when they get to order
