It’s no secret that Lima has its share of Mexican restaurants. This one is not just another one of those by any means. Where do I begin…. it’s clear that a lot of thought was put into the branding for this place. The decor is beautiful and you can tell no expense was spared there or on the furniture and menus. The service is absolutely impeccable. You’ll never ask for anything without being asked if you would like it first. Probably the biggest thing that sets this place aside from the rest are the dishes. They took Mexican Cuisine up five levels. I’ve never seen a Mexican menu so creative in my life. I tried to get something different each time that we go and I have yet to be disappointed. I hope this place gets more exposure soon as I really feel it’s incredibly underrated.

The staff was very nice and we received our food quickly. The food…. the beef had a watered down taste or basically no taste at all. The taco in my combo dinner, the water or grease, immediately made the one side too soft to pick up. The first bite, same, the beef wasn’t good. The queso and chips were very good along with my wife plate. She said the chicken was very fresh.

Cancun is a much needed replacement to what used to be at this location. It’s authentic Mexican food that tastes delicious. Honestly the best fajita I’ve ever had!!! And the food came out so fast. The workers were extremely friendly and every one was very polite!

I hardly leave reviews but this place is amazing to say the least. Seated quick and drinks/food we’re delivered within minutes. Fernando was super attentive and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. This is the best spot in town!

Was there last week. Love the decor. The place is done in traditional colors, bright and vibrant. The night I was there was it was noisy, but a large party was in the back room. Even with that party service was still outstanding. The food was delicious. I usually stick with the same thing but I decided to try a steak dish. WOW! Had so much flavor I would definitely recommend it if I could remember the dish name..lol. The salsa served with chips was a bit spicy for me and I prefer it to be chunky. I would definitely return to other dishes on the menu.
