We are a newer restaurant with an open concept, state of the art architecture and atmosphere! Our large deck with outdoor TV’s will make sure you stick around for some adult beverages during the warm months, while inside we have plenty of space and cozy design to warm up during those winter days. Our menu may be considered an American style, however we have vegan, gluten, and allergen friendly options! Steaks, seafood, sandwiches, salads, finger food, veggies, fruit, tons! The food was very delicious super good steak and cheese sandwich and the huge pretzel appetizer massive plus the potato skin appetizer a meal in itself. All the salads were fresh and picture perfect. We stopped here on our way back through to our neck of the woods in PA. this is a nice little gem of a restaurant a must stop. Not to mention our server Daniel super awesome dude. So polite respectful down to earth make sure you tip good when you are there. Thanks for the great service

As always, when we stop in Berkeley Springs, Canary Grill is a must! The food is always great and I am a sucker for a GOOD homemade ranch. The wings are fantastic, and the crab dip is out of this world – especially with the little toasted dippers they come with. The crab bisque is good, except I can’t stand when shards of shell get in, and theirs had several little pieces. Without shell, it’d be amazing! Additionally, if you go during the right time of year, 100% recommend making reservations for outside close to sunset because the view of the sun going down behind the mountains is phenomenal.
Servers have always been very attentive as well. Literally my biggest complaint is the bathroom has a funky smell and it is like a sauna in there (specifically the women’s restroom).

There is no way to miss this place and perched prominently on the hill in Berkeley Springs. A really cool place!
The food is very good! I got the fish sandwich and they even had a bottle of malt vinegar. Major thumbs up! My husband had the steak and cheese sub. Our littlest one got the Dino nuggets and smiley fries. You know the way to a child’s heart!
Service was very good. No complaints. Would return!

We pass through Berkeley Springs a couple times a year and always saw the big restaurant up on the hill but never stopped. Finally did today (Sunday) right at noon. They have a large outdoor deck over looking the valley and a spacious inside dining room. We didn’t have to wait, but by the time we left there was a wait. Chris was our server, he was top notch, polite, quick, attentive. We started with some cheese curds served with a great marinara. We also had the 1/2 size southwest chicken salad. It was a large portion of salad but the chicken was hard to find on it, but very tasty. My daughter and I did the wings. The bone in were a nice size, old bay rub was liberally applied and the peach bbq and hot honey were both good. We’d definitely stop back in on our next pass through town.

Was George Washington great?!? Yes. Now… imagine if he had eaten the Turkey burger or another meal from the Canary Grill… the U.S.A. would probably be all of North America. Potentially South America too, but I don’t want to exaggerate. Great food, beautiful view of the hills of WV. The staff was so nice, even as we were there right before closing.

Nice local place to dine. Sits on a hill with a lot of windows and pretty views. They have a very large deck for outside seating weather permitting of course. The cheeseburger was very good, cooked as ordered and quite large. The cheese curds were delicious, I think they called them cheese balls but tasted just like the curds from Wisconsin. Our server Allie was great, thanks Allie.

Definitely one of the best places to eat in Berkeley Springs since their recent head chef change! The presentation of all dishes were quite beautiful. It feels like the kitchen staff actually cares about what they’re making! The fried green beans were crispy, the fruit platter was fresh and refreshing, the shrimp alfredo wasn’t heavy on Old Bay and was creamy, the burger was made well and didn’t fall apart. Sitting on the deck was great since the weather was in favor. The prices are a little high, but the quality is quite impressive, so I can’t complain too much. Overall, a superb place to dine!
