The burgers are absolutely delicious. Pretty amazing. Seating outside is quite limited. So I got it to go. This is kind of an order and pick up at a counter. Waited for a few minutes. Not bad it was super fast very unexpected.

Fries are extremely mid. The chicken tenders were decent.
The best thing about this place is the location. It’s right downstairs from the Marriott where I was staying, so it was perfect when I was low on energy and didn’t feel like going out-out. This is basically what the hotel offers as room service anyway, just at about a 50% upcharge.
The sauces are just bagged brands, nothing made in house and nothing to write home about. Fine for convenience, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to eat.

People are complaining about the stupidest things for low rating, like parking availability, etc. I think the restaurant should be evaluated on the food quality, staff, wait time, etc. Wait time was reasonable. Staff were friendly. I really enjoyed the burgers we got. I thought they tasted great and would be happy to go back here again. Onion rings were fantastic as well.

This is a very inexpensive burger that tastes good. Alright let’s get into it. Let’s start with the ordering of the food. To place your food order, you must use the kiosk machine on your right as you enter the establishment. The kiosk is pretty user-friendly and takes no time at all to use. After you complete your order, a receipt should drop down and you’re supposed to then go over to the cashier and pay for your food (which I didn’t know ♂️). I got a hamburger with bacon and their special sauce omg, that burger tastes so good. The burger was cooked just right, it wasn’t tough and had a good flavor profile. I also ordered a chicken tender box that came with fries . The chicken tender had a very crispy batter, which I feel was a bit over cooked. Some of the chicken was very tough to bite through. Because of that it was difficult for me to really get a good taste on the chicken. The fries were good. All in all I would go back for the burger . If you’re not a guest at the Marriott, be prepared to share a seat at the bench outside if there is any availability ♂️.

Good spot – right on Canal street New Orleans…
Ordering thru the kiosk was great – good vibe – order was quick – nicely presented but the burger was very average
For the experience it’s good but honestly better burgers out there ..!

We ate here twice while staying at the attached Marriott hotel. Marriott guests get a discount. Easy ordering process on a screen kiosk. Food was made to order and was fresh. A lot of fries in the order. Condiment options available at the bar. Friendly service. Inside area was clean. Picnic tables outside reserved for customers.

CANAL STREET BURGER BAR offers a selection of beef and vegan burgers, chicken tenders, sides, beer, and soft drinks. Ordering is done on a computer screen and payment is received by the cashier a few steps away. Prices are moderate.
In a few minutes, our order of vegan and beef burgers and fried rings arrived in brown paper bags, hot, with packets of ketchup, yellow mustard, mayo, and dinner quality napkins.
Both the vegan and beef burgers were delicious. The onion rings were crisp and hot. The drinks: water and Diet Pepsi were well chilled. No ice was available.
You may eat at their outdoor tables or inside on tables located in Marriott’s lobby. Everything is ADA compatible. Restrooms are located just off the hotel lobby.
Simple, delicious, and inexpensive.

I thought is was good and reasonably priced, if your a resident of the hotel next door you can sit in the lobby area and eat your food in there.
Got loads of onion rings!
10 minutes wait for food, normally busy.

Walking down Canal St on Halloween night, I could smell the well seasoned burgers cooking so we had to stop for a bite. This is not a sit down spot, you order and wait outside for your number to be called. We got 2 orders of beignets and one double cheeseburger. The beignets were surprisingly delicious and the burger was damn good too. I would eat here before some of these other more pricey dine in restaurants on Canal.

I’d give zero stars if possible , this food was so bad, so tasteless, dry and stale it awakened an anger in me. I’m Genuinely confused as to how they would sell this to a guest. I understand having an off day, but every single item I ordered was inedible. When driving down canal safe your self the time and just keep driving, don’t even look in that direction
