This restaurant was recommended by one of my passengers while driving rideshare. It’s a restaurant that’s been around for ages and a local favorite. It has all sorts of Coca-Cola memorabilia throughout. Two waitresses worked in concert with each other. They are friendly and work hard. I had the classic ham sandwich with onion rings. Both were good after I salted the rings to my taste. The ham sandwich didn’t seem to be the “large” that I ordered. It’s probably a simple mistake. One took the order, and the other gal delivered. Oh, well. There was certainly a steady flow of local, well-known friends and customers.
It’s worth stopping in to try it and see what you think!

One of Huntington’s oldest and best restaurants. The best shaved ham she roast beef sandwiches around. Definitely add the Swiss cheese!!! The local staff is friendly, welcoming, and will make sure you have everything you need. Even things you don’t know about. The onion rings are cut fresh and battered every day. And there’s the bear.

Great service, and the onion rings were excellent. The famous ham sandwich was also quite tasty. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. It’s a few minutes off I-64, but easy to get to and has plenty of parking, so worth taking a little break from the drive, stretch the legs, and get a good meal!

First experience at Cam’s was a great one. Was like stepping back in time. Great reasonable prices. The Cam’s Ham Sandwich could be the best sandwich in the state. The roast beef was good but not what I expected. It was in a gravy which added a great flavor. For sides we got the homemade hand dipped onion rings and fries. Only complaint is that the fries and onion rings weren’t seasoned. If they would have been I would have clicked five stars in a heart beat. Excellent service!!! Was quick and very friendly. Also, sweet tea is a great choice.

Rustic setting. There’s a take out counter and restaurant available. The bathroom was clean. Staff was very pleasant and seemed happy. I found the strawberry and apple stix to be too greasy, but they were so tasty!!! My husband loved them! The ham was excellent, sliced super thin, chopped into small bite size pieces. We highly recommend stopping for lunch or dinner. Eat it in nearby Ritter Park for a splendid time!

A true family favorite. I can’t even remember my first trip to this stuck in time sandwich shop. It’s truly like stepping back to to a different time when walking in. The nostalgia really sets in as you become immersed into the environment. Wether they are busy or fast you get served quickly. They have plenty of friendly staff there to help. The ham sandwiches are amazing absolutely phenomenally done. Every bite it enjoyable and full of flavor. The onion rings are amazing crispy and just the perfect amount of flavor. I highly recommend stopping by!! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Came here seen they had a sign that they now have bacon was told that even though they have all ingredients I need to go somewhere else to get a B.L.T very rudely my daughter ordered chicken nuggets got a chicken sandwich my other daught ordered a special which was roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy instead got a cold ham and cheese my wife ordered a hot ham and cheese and it was also cold I won’t be back
