I usually have decent experiences at this place, but that was not the case today. I specifically took out a rental bike from my apartment to get here and just grab a single slice of pizza. I arrived by 8:50pm on the dot (10 minutes before closing). I see there are 2 kids sitting and eating inside, so I figure that’s a good sign that they still have a slice left and that I’ll be let in. In the split second that I get to stand up off my bike, the employee comes to the front door and basically shuts it in my face just saying “We’re closed. Go elsewhere”. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to give my request, let alone enter the venue. There was not even an explanation about the food having run out or the employee feeling exhausted after a long day, all of which I would have understood. There was just a door shut in my face unapologetically. This is frankly the type of poor service I would have expected at a franchise pizza chain, not at a local neighborhood pizzeria. Food is fine, but the service needs serious improvement. I then had to go 30 minutes out of my way to find another restaurant by Central Square and order. Quite a shame…this is how you lose a recurring customer.

This place like one of those old school pizza shops I used to go to when I was younger, Small but cozy feeling with friendly customer service. Since they didn’t have whole wheat subs I was lucky enough that they offered whole wheat wraps. So I got the whole wheat steak and cheese wrap, the French fries and a ceased salad. Everything was pretty good not like crazy over the top good but just right and if you are in the area it’s also perfect for a quick bite on the go, whether that be a slice of pizza or a sub with fries.

Look, the pizza is covered with thick cheese, with a rich taste and a crispy crust and soft inner layer. The cheese pizza from this restaurant is really delicious, and I recommend everyone to come and taste it.

Typical small pizza joint. Really fast service, pizza was delicious. Kinda felt like I was bothering the guy making the pizza tho, due to the fact he is talking to someone on a Bluetooth headset the whole time. We’ll be back next time we are in the area.

The price is good for the value. The employees are very nice and will customize your order. Their calzones are a bit too crispy for my taste so I will try and ask them next time to cook them a bit less.
