Calls Drive In is an old fashioned drive in located on Highway 89 in Perry Utah. We are known for our traditional homemade draft root beer in frosted mugs, delicious hamburgers, fries and onion rings, chicken strip baskets, fry sauce, and our excellent carhop service.

Fun drive by diner on your way to salt lake or to the mountains! My parents took me here when we visited the historic Intermountain Campus. The burgers were amazing and you can order a soda in a frosty mug. All while watching people drive by.

The best burgers in town! Not even Ogden has this good of burgers for the category – not white table. The staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond in my experience. The shakes are great too! I had the Double Giant with ham and split it with my 10yr old. We were very happy with it. It was so big we couldn’t finish even half of it! About a 6.5” wide by 3” thick burger. It’s massive!
The seasoned fries are really great. The standard fries are ok but go with seasoned.

We just love Calls, especially their frosties! The tables and eating areas have all had a makeover and new paint job. Everything is so clean! And the food is as good as always. I ordered the Duane special and it was juicy and so good! A huge slice of ham with the pattie and melted cheese! I had to take half home. As if that wasn’t enough, the prices were so affordable. Skip those other fast food places. This is the best place to be.

I really enjoyed the Double Giant. I think it was two half-pound patties. Quite delicious. The Draft root beer in a frosty mug was a nice touch. They don’t add ice, the glass mugs are frozen, so the root beer is perfectly cold and undiluted by melting ice cubes. It also comes with free refills.

First time trying this drive in. Three stars only because it was just okay. Nothing to write home about. We ordered burgers and fries, chicken tenders and onion rings. The burgers were bland and the rest was over salted by a lot, even the kids commented on it. Overall we like the onion rings the most and we’re able to shake off the excess salt.
Our server was excellent and had no issues with the service. It was exceptionally hot the day we visited but there is plenty of shade in the afternoon/evening for the outdoor seating if you don’t eat in your car.

I really enjoyed their chicken steips! Delicious! And their homemade root beer is incredible! We rode our bikes in and enjoyed great service and food!

Drove from Canada for this and it was worth every penny. One of the best classic burger and fries I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly. The fries were wildly good.

Calls is av family owned business. It produces great food quick service by car hops. It is not a dine-in but it’s a place to grab good food on the same road as all the vegetable fresh fruit stands.
