Had lunch at California’s, service was impeccable as they allowed our youngest son to order from the breakfast menu while the rest of the family had lunch plates. I recommend the garlic Shrimp in a tomato sauce they are worth the space in your stomach !!! The rigatoni were good but nothing to die for. I also recommend the cookie with ice cream for dessert, be aware you need to order it 20 minutes before you want it, they prep it to order

The food came out decent, but the potatoes were cold. It was like they took the old potatoes from the buffet bar and put him on my plate. The eggs were not over medium. They were over hard which I don’t believe is that difficult to cook. The steak came out pretty good. Not a lot of flavor though. My son’s breakfast, burrito had bacon in it, which he he complained was too hard. I actually thought the breakfast burrito was pretty good. Customer service was somewhat okay. But once they found out I was not a resident at the hotel. They kind of treated me different. Like, oh, you’re just here to eat. Yes, and pay $70 for 2 breakfast. They forgot my toast. That were supposed to be sourdough, but when they brought it out, it was cold. Texas toast with hard butter.

We dined at California’s restaurant and had a pleasant experience. The servers were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome right away.
Our food arrived quickly. My husband and daughter both ordered pasta. My daughter is very picky with her pasta—she only likes it with butter and cheese. Even though it wasn’t on the menu, the staff and chef made an exception for her, and they delivered exactly what she wanted. We truly appreciated their effort!
I ordered the chicken, which I believe was Mary’s Chicken. It was okay—not dry, but it could have used a bit more seasoning. However, I thoroughly enjoyed the bok choy on the side!
Overall, the service was excellent, and we appreciated the staff’s willingness to accommodate special requests.

Food was so so. Service staff/waiters were nice and polite. I spent $25+ on dinner and still felt hungry! I had ordered vegetable wraps ($17) and side of fries($7) plus tip. Also for a breakfast buffet they charge $27 per person which is quite mediocre at best.

Food was ok, price was really high, service was really good, they automatically charage you a 20 percent tip, all in all I would never chose to go to this place as the price is outrageous and the quality leaves a lot to be desired, I mean it’s food and it’s not horrible but for what they charge you’d think it would be much better.

Most of our food came cold and took long when they clearly brought it from the buffet. Then they charged an extra 20% for service fee I should’ve just ordered room service instead would’ve cost the same we took our food to the room anyway

Oh my gosh! This was such a great dining experience. The peach bruschetta, steak sandwich, and Cobb salad were all to die for! Best of all we had an amazingly sweet server named Porforio. What a great way to start your vacation! The share a cookie desert was amazing too! Yum!
