I got a Korean BBQ burrito to go. I was expecting it to be spicy but not 5 alarm spicy. I ate about 97% of it and my whole face and eyebrows were sweaty and my nose was running. Needless to say I used a lot of napkins. Paradoxically, the only way to defeat the heat was to keep eating! But at some point you run out of burrito. I think the burrito maker went way overboard with the sauce. It was dripping with the sauce. Extra sauce was the remaining 3% which was a puddle on my plate.

Came here for the first time today and the CBT quesadilla was pretty good. Everything went smooth. Staff was wiping down and sweeping when not busy. Place was very clean. I’ll be back to try new things.

I have been a loyal customer of California Tortilla, but the Frederick branch had a very rude customer service and the food they served was not fresh at all. I do not recommend, I wasted my money.

Not that great, salad was very fresh the blackened chicken that was on it was a good flavor but a little bit over cooked. My daughter did like the chili and chips were perfect. Service is where it fell flat, not a smile, hi or a hello just a “next”. Cashier/server was insipid. When pickingup food line cooks were sure not to look you in the eye. My 1st time here, I don’t need to return.

We were one of their last customers of the night and the chicken had been sitting a little while. That’s my biggest gripe. The hot sauce rack was a little emptier than I had hoped too. But the staff was friendly and efficient, and we used a bogo coupon that made it a great value. I’m a value shopper so it gets the fourth star.

My father comes to this place quite often and talks about this place a lot! First time coming to this place and let me tell you something, i felt like my heart broke to pieces when my father looked at your cashier to order in Spanish responded back with an attitude, as in she didn’t speak Spanish. I find that absolutely disrespectful, to see a latina standing at the cash register being spoken in Spanish by her co-workers but she couldn’t speak Spanish to us? I hope this person gets trained better, so other latinos don’t get this same disrespectful treatment.

Went here for dinner after my son’s high school graduation. One of the few places open after 9:00. I had the fish tacos. For the money it’s hard to beat. The service was good and I got to pick my favorite hot sauce as always.
