I liked this place but didn’t love it. It was fresh and they had lots of options. Friendly service. The restaurant wasn’t super clean though. I asked for extra cheese and they did not disappoint!

The location in Olney, MD, I asked if I could use a free kids meal coupon. I received a coupon from a coworker and the kid’s meal was scratched out, only stating free taco. I asked the manager Jennifer, not sure if that was her name (could be a false name, but she is a heavier set African American lady). Anyways, she told me no I couldn’t use it, even though the coupon stated it was for a free kid’s meal. I asked for the number for cooperate, and she refused to give it to me. She then stated that she didn’t care that I wanted the cooperate number and walked away. I tried to ask another employee for the number his name was Carlos, the manager then came back from the office screaming to the front to not entertain me. This is poor customer service and resolution needs to happen. I didn’t feel appreciated or invited when speaking to her.

Been coming to this place for years and I keep finding new combinations of flavors to try. I love the ability to build my own tacos. I love the Korean BBQ or mixing the Honey Lime with the Screaming Sauce.

The food is tasty, but the burrito is full of rice! I come from San Diego, and you can get a burrito almost anywhere there and it’ll be full of meat and veggies, not filler! Maybe the management should actually go to California and get a burrito from a real restaurant, not Taco Bell!

My family and I come here often. The service is always quick and the people are always very nice. The place is very clean and my son always loves the decorations. The fish tacos are my favorite.

They do a pretty good job here. Quality ingredients. Ample portions. My only complaint is that they don’t take the time to pour out the liquid (like from the black beans) before they put it in the salad, making the salad wet. So just remember to tell them as they’re making the salad.
Post-remodeling, we had an excellent salad with plenty of fresh toppings, for a very fair price. We will return.
Update: excellent food and service. One of the few restaurants in Olney which we visit over and over.
