TACO ENTHUSIASTS – this place literally sucks. The food quality is equivalent to Taco Bell. It is not fresh. I got wings and they LOOKED crunchy, but were soooo soft and gross. Almost like they were microwaved. I felt physically nauseous after taking a bite of my fish tacos that were slopped together. Didn’t finish any of my food. And dont get me started on the nasty frozen shrimp they use. Never again will i spend $50 for taco bell quality food.

Pretty good. Definitely freshly made and loved to have something like this after awhile. A few things: I had a borderline/borderline burrito- the one with steak and shrimp. Steak quality could definitely be a lot better especially considering the price tag and quantity. Also think they could’ve added more steak. And I’d probably season it differently to add that umami vibe. The shrimp and the rest of the burrito on the other hand were great. I tried both the sauces, red and green and definitely preferred the green. Also think I’d be good with a squeeze of lemon. Haven’t had a burrito like this in a while. Will be back for more, especially for the shrimp.

This place has the best tacos in town everything here is delicious we usually get the california sampler and also the rolled chicken tacos my wife could eat them every day lol the service is excellent the staff are extremely polite and helpful if you’re looking for a great taco or any other mexican food give them a try u will not regret it

I ordered two Cali Boxes—one with chicken and one with steak—but both were incorrect. Each box had chicken tacos and steak quesadillas, which was very unusual. On top of that, the salsa was missing from both orders. The included sodas were warm, and the selection of sides and drink options was very limited. Considering the high prices compared to other locations, the overall experience was quite disappointing.

I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!
I found it a month ago, I have Dr’s appt here biweekly across the street…I lived in San Diego for 3 ages miss the Mexican food the most, but this is the closest I’ve found.. and that saying a lot… if you’ve had it out west, you know what I mean.. this is the best I’ve found in the north east..

The quality of the food is BAD. I purchased 2 steak tortas and I got a barely toasted, watery bread. I had to pick out pieces of bread that were drenched in water, it was disgusting. For the price they are charging, they should at least make sure their food is made correctly. If I could give zero stars I would.

Usually I do not leave bad reviews but I don’t know what else to do. I ordered from the Cranston location yesterday and when I got home i realized my order was wrong. I ordered 3 supreme tacos and 3 soft tacos with lettuce and pico on it. Upon opening up both boxes, I realized I was given 6 essentially supreme tacos. The issue is the fact that supreme tacos come with cheese. I have a severe allergy to all dairy products including cheese. This meant I had to throw away my 3 tacos and had to make something else for dinner. I contacted California Taco to explain the situation and get some kind of refund and have not received an answer yet. (I attached screenshots from the video I took for evidence purposes)
