We did a take out on a Saturday evening which seemed like a busy time so took some time get it. There was a mixup with an item but the staff was kind to refund us for it over the phone. The taste is average, nothing to crave for. There was no spice in the spicy chipotle chicken or maybe we got the wrong pizza hard to say, but the pizza was boring.

Went there yesterday with my husband, they sat us and never came to over our table. We sat there for 20 minutes. They served and helped other customers. We caught them huddling around the bar talking about who was going to serve us. Yet no one still came over. We finally got up and left and they all just stood there looking at us. We felt like they were singling us out due to us being a mix racial couple and everyone else was white. Never again will eat here or another location!!

My friend and I went here to grab a quick bite and drink after a successful shopping trip and we’re very displeased/disgusted to find a roach crawling on the wall when we were waiting to receive our pizza. My friend calls the manager over to tell him what we saw and his face was “stunned” and “surprised” by what we told him. It seemed like he already knew! He tells my friend that he will call services right away and that he will be paying for our meal and drinks. We didn’t even try the pizza because who would? Please think twice before eating here..

The pizza at CPK Natick mall was amazing but the service was terrible. When I walked in and asked for a table for 3 I was sat but was only given plastic utensils. I noticed everyone else that was seated was given bread, actual silverware and napkins, but I didn’t get any of them that. It wasn’t until I got my food and asked for silverware and napkins I was given them, and the waitress wasn’t very apologetic of it.

This was the first time we went to CPK in Natick. It was my mother’s birthday. However, first, we were seated write in front of the bathroom/take out/and door to the mall. Second, the chair I got was broken, my husband swapped the place with me. The waitress offered hot water in a glass and not a cup as they did not have one. She brought dirty cutlery and that too not as per the number of people sitting at the table. She brought plates that were wet. The pasta served to my daughter had no salt and was bland. The crust of the pizza was hard.
