1/9/26 – came here to have a drink and a snack. We got the shrimp appetizer,and it was really good, nice flavors. My husband got the Mac and cheese to go with grilled chicken. He said it was decent. We sat at the bar and the bar tender was super nice and check in at the right times. We just got there right after their lunch specials that ends at 4. Would like to come back and try other things

Well made pizza. Hit the spot for me. I had their “famous” hand tossed crust BBQ chicken pizza and it was a good choice. The free bread and olive oil with herbs was a pleasant surprise, and tasty. First time I have tried this particular chain restaurant and it was a good choice.

Worst service… waitress was nice.. but our order was completely wrong. We ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza without onions, when we got it finally it had onions. We ordered Pasta with chicken and it was missing the chicken so the waitress just brought us a peice of chicken to I guess mix in with the cold pasta… We ordered the spinach alfredo dip for our appetizer, we got it finally after we all ate. I would say I wanna go back but I don’t know with that kind of service. No refills on our sweet tea offered.

Thoroughly mediocre in almost every way. The West Coast Burger was unremarkable, small, and 1/3 lettuce. The Crispy Mashed Potatoes (small potato wedges) were just potato wedges with a seasoning that was nearly tasteless. The Crispy Dumpling Salad had no flavor other than chili oil. The atmosphere is a slightly upscale version of IHOP. Even our server was completely bland, either new, or just wished she was somewhere else. Save your money, get the same quality at your local Hardee’s.

On November 29, 2025, my family (party of 11) experienced discriminatory and extremely unprofessional treatment at this California Pizza Kitchen location. From the moment we arrived, the service we received was noticeably different from what was being provided to other guests.
We were told the wait would be 30 minutes, which we respected. After the full wait, we were informed that our table was being delayed because a party who had already paid was “lingering.” When I asked to be seated at a table for 10 instead, the host refused until we said we would leave, and suddenly we were seated immediately.
Once at the table, our server became rude and dismissive toward my aunt after hearing her speak with a Spanish accent. Requests for basic items like bread and drinks were ignored or significantly delayed (bread didn’t come until after our food arrived). When we asked for a manager, we received a generic apology with no real effort to address the issue.
To make matters worse, the manager then assigned us a new server who approached the table speaking only Spanish despite the fact that I did not speak Spanish to the manager, I do not have a Spanish accent, and nearly half of our table does not speak Spanish. This confirmed that we were being judged based on our appearance and perceived ethnicity.
Cultural disrespect and discriminatory assumptions have no place in customer service or anywhere. Our evening was overshadowed by bias and unprofessionalism, and we left feeling unwelcome. I hope this management team takes this seriously and provides proper training for their staff.

We sat at the bar and Rachel was awesome! She is attentive, kind, a fantastic multitasker and exudes positive energy. We split a bottle of wine and some salads which were delicious. It was a very chill atmosphere and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you CPK and Rachel for your hospitality!

The device and atmosphere was great. Our server was phenomenal however the biggest reason I am giving this a 2 stars is because the food was awful… My daughter ordered a kids Hawaiian pizza and hers came with half the pizza covered in the toppings and the toppings itself were gigantic and choking hazards in itself. As for my pizza I ordered a margarita pizza and I was severely disappointed… No tomatos, no basil, and hardly any cheese and was very flat. Overall very disappointed and I didn’t say anything when we were there because it was valentines day and they were busy but I will probably not be coming back.

Had stopped going to CA Pizza…it has been well over 2 yrs as food & service was subpar. Have recently returned as all has improved. Lunch special was excellent; service excellent & restaurant clean, comfortable! & cheery!
We had the $13.99 Lunch special combo….pizza & salad…both DELICIOUS! Pizza (Mushroom Pepperoni & Sausage) hot & crispy w/delicious toppings; salad excellent (Thai Crunch).
All a very good experience, I will return the weekend for either lunch or dinner.
