My husband and I have been eating there at least once a week since they opened its business a few years ago. The food is not only delicious but also very healthy. It’s especially good for seniors as we get 10% discount when we eat inside the restaurant. In addition, the food doesn’t have too much salt, or sugar added. The service people including the manager are very friendly, and professional. We feel like this restaurant has put customer satisfaction as its first priority. The place is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Lastly, the prices are very reasonable compared with other restaurants in the same area. It’s worth trying to eat at this place at least once if you haven’t.

California Fish Grill sounds like it will be a high end experience, so expectations were high. Walk in and the first impression is cafeteria line. Here’s what I mean the door leads straight to an aisle that goes to the kiosk terminals where you place your order. So if it’s your first time and you’re not familiar with the process you start feeling like you are about to hold up “the line”. The screen to order on is nice bright and maybe clean. Tables are limited inside and they are not really welcoming. Functional but not inviting. The staff is busy but doesn’t run your food to your table. You will get a text and then you pick up your meal. The food quality is good. Wifey enjoyed her meal. Chowder was pretty good as well. When finished I expected to buss my own tray and table but I was told to leave it by the guy who seemed to be on break. Overall a total underwhelming experience. Sorry California Fish Grill, if the bottom line works great, but maybe not for long.

Don’t get the clam chowder. There’s no chowder in it. It’s a thin soup not a chowder. Tacos are ok. The kale slaw was good. Lobster roll was good but small. It’s a bit overpriced for what you get. This place is just eh.

We used the “Too Good To Go” app and bought two surprise bags for $4.99 each. The pick-up time was 9-9:30. The sides were amazing! Two containers of rice, 1 of beans, 1 cauliflower rice, 1 zucchini mix and 1 coleslaw. Each surprise bag had 3 sides. The mix could be any different sides that they have extra by the end of the night. Thought this was a great app to use and glad that California Fish Grill was an option on there. I’ve ate here before and enjoyed their food. The food is fresh and flavorful. The service was fast and we had an easy pick up. Definitely recommend their food!

We arrived here around 3:00 on a Tuesday and this Fish Grill has only recently opened so we were able to order right away. The food was very well prepared and wonderfully delicious. My seared ahi cooked as well as any I have had in a 3 or 4 star restaurant. The asparagus was not stringy or mushy but cooked perfectly and delicious. Normally I would not order brussel sprouts but I was feeling adventurous and ordered them, they too were better than anything I have ordered before. I ought to tell you that the staff were excellent as well patient, attentive and helpful. I hope my wife lets us go back often to try out the entire menu.

On April 27, 2025 I ordered a meal via door dash. I paid EXTRA to upgrade one of my side items and never received it. I took a picture and posted it to door dash via a review of the restaurant along with a complaint to door dash and was promised a $7 refund. It’s been over two weeks now and I still haven’t received a refund.
Honestly, I won’t be eating from this place again. Service is terrible. As long as they take your money that’s all that matters.
