Today I ordered Bone in wings with Mardi Gras sauce and I asked for them to be extra crispy. They are far from that they are impossible to eat. They’re big wet and rubbery. And I also asked for Buffalo ranch fries with a ranch Dressing on the side And I ended up getting plain fries with a side of Buffalo dry rub and two ranches they were in the box with the fries and the lids melted, and the ranch poured completely out. And mind you, the dry rub was not even powder it was formed in balls. Ridiculous. It’s really pushing me to not come back here. I stopped coming here for almost a year because of how nasty the food was, but then something brought me to come back and try it again – Hoping that it’ll get better For them. It seems to be that during the day it’s worse and in the evening the food is a little better. But that’s not a promise .
Tried this place for the first time tonight after hearing so much good stuff about it; it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the atmosphere inside was pretty good (even if it is a little small inside).
I managed to eat five of the “cry to mommy” (ghost pepper) wings without drinking anything, but the heat eventually overwhelmed me. It completely wiped my brain. I can’t even remember what I was worried about when I walked in the door.
I also ate ten of the garlic parm. They were very good, but not the best wings I’ve ever had. I wish they were a tad bit crunchier. It just seemed like the outside was more gummy than I prefer. If they were a little crunchier, they could easily be in my top 3.
Once I finally stopped sweating from the ghost pepper, I ate a small four cut pizza with green peppers and bacon. The pizza was incredible. The crust was perfectly crunchy but also super gooey. The cheese was so fresh and melted perfectly. I dunno what they are doing but their pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had.
Overall, this place was a huge win. If you haven’t been there yet, I dunno what you are waiting for?!
While studying at the library I preordered a small pizza with half pepperoni and half sausage.
Despite listing a roughly 45 minute wait, the pizza was ready when I arrived early, perhaps because it was a Monday around 8 and not busy. I was immediately helped and on my way after entering through the side door dedicated strictly to pickup orders. This was a smart feature since you don’t have to get mixed up in line with others trying to order at the counter or grab a table like at my restaurants, plus they have coolers for last minute drink purchases.
The pizza was hot and tasted great, with light airy crust. Plenty of toppings including crispy edged pepperoni. It was denser than a lot of local pizzas, but not quite as heavy as some like Pizza Hut. Pretty good overall.
