Never disappoints. I can say the consistency across all caliches stores is good. The only difference will be when you go, time of year, time of day, sometimes there is a big wait, sometimes none at all. Also every ice cream combo we have ever tried has been a hit.

The custard is delicious of course but after spending over 30 bucks any one would expect full cups not half full, we were disappointed and service didn’t seem to care, were be going back to the one on roadrunner at least they smile.

Let me start by saying we love Caliches, it’s a Las Cruces staple. This one though seems to never get our order correct, it’s either the wrong thing or missing items . While in line waiting for our food , we had to continually ask for our missing items (3 in total ), and then when we pulled in to eat the hot dogs were wrong. At that point we were just over it and threw the stuff away and left . Maybe more training on quality control ? Idk

Caliches has been one of our favorite places for many years but I am disappointed to say that $23 for 3 frozen custards that were half full of ice cream is quite disappointing.
The good is location is clean and although the line was long it went very fast. Also the customer service was great too.

Second time giving this place a chance and again, there is no espresso taste in my Adobe Mudd and the custard is already melting when being handed out the window. We tried the hot dogs this time and they were cold. Ended up feeding mine to the dog. Maybe that’s poor judgment ordering a hot dog from an ice cream place. Perhaps this is the New Mexico standard but the custard from the Midwest (which I’m used to) never disappoints.

Great ice cream as per usual, but my god this one server was absolutely disrespectful!! This kid was taking my girlfriend and I’s order outside and was being totally condescending!!! He made a snarky and inappropriate comment about my girlfriend’s face? He said a comment about “you just gonna stare at me? & are you gonna grab your change?” Just totally weird…Something you’d only say if you were really close with someone…like good lord. Anyways, the ice cream was bomb but someone needs to check up on that kid (uncut hair with side burns & a patchy beard w/ glasses)

Love Caliche’s. Consistent, excellent service. Every treat delights. I can’t pick a favorite-haven’t tried them all….yet. Kids always love coming here and my chihuahuas love the poochie cones! I highly recommend Caliches as a fun family treat. Bring the doggos too!
