This place is absolutely delicious! As you walk in you are welcomed immediately by one of the servers who greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcomed. They sit you down with a menu and drink menu (if you are into that) and ask if you would like anything to drink. Once she brings you your drink, she also brings you….. wait for it…… A FLOUR TORTILLA WITH BUTTER! Now I don’t know how you reacted to that but I was EXCITED! That took me back to when I was a little mocoso growing up with my abuelita. Warm and so tasty. I then proceeded to order the chilaquiles verdes with carne asada. O M G! So scrumptious, flavorful and fulfilling. The sauce was wonderfully seasoned and not spicy at all. I’m a big wimp when it comes to spicy food so I promise, if you are like me, you will also enjoy it. However, if you are into spicy food, they do have a red sauce available as well. I loved the carne asada, seasoned with just salt and pepper, the way it should be and also served with great tasting rice and beans. All in all, an awesome and fulfilling breakfast. I paid a little over $21 for the meal including 2 bottles of Mexican coke. A great value of you ask me. My server was Melissa and she did a more than acceptable job making sure that I had everything I needed. She checked in with me several times and made sure I was well attended. Definitely a 5 star experience. I will most definitely be back again. They have ample seating with a cool outdoor seating area as well. With several TV’s and a full bar, this would be a great place to come watch the game or just sit and relax and have a nice lunch or dinner. I would highly recommend you visiting to see for yourself.

First time here. Was immediately greeted. Quiet atmosphere. Great experience. First thing that came to our table was a home made flour tortilla with a side of butter. Just like mom used to make. We placed our order and received our food fairly quickly.
I had the shredded chicken mole enchiladas and they were delicious. Family ordered other food item (bistek Ranchero, shrimp salad, chicken salad, fajitas, and a meat dish with Chori-queso). Family loved their food too. Big portions for the price. Truly satisfied. Definately not only recommending, but going back. Compliments to the chef and waitresses.

Me and my girlfriend were greeted by the owner himself. He took care of us the whole morning and welcome us In with a warm welcome, he is always respectful and the food here is delicious. I tell all my friends and family about this place just because of how great it is. I work right next-door so having this place next to me is an amazing place to hit for lunch. he also let me try some drinks That He was experimenting with that was also great.

We stop for lunch at Cali Brews and I’m so glad we gave this place a try. The server was outstanding and very helpful with the menu and their food was superb and second to none. They make fresh handmade tortillas and the food is made fresh daily, but the beans were over the top and took me back to my childhood just the way my mom would make. This will be my main stop when passing through the city of Delano, Ca. So please check this place out you won’t regret it!

My wife and I came in on a Saturday around 5:30 pm for dinner and drinks. At first, I wasn’t a fan of ordering and paying at the door, but once we got settled, everything turned out great. We found a seat pretty easily since it wasn’t crowded.
For drinks, I had a mango margarita (refreshing and nicely presented) and my wife enjoyed a cold Modelo. We started with the asada nachos, which were delicious and big enough to share. For our main dishes, I had the Camarones a la Diabla—spicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with great rice and beans on the side. My wife had the Chiles Rellenos, and she loved them. The flavors were authentic and reminded us of home-cooked meals. The tortillas tasted homemade, hot, and just amazing.
The staff really stood out—professional, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. Everyone had a smile and made us feel welcomed.
Overall, even with the ordering system being different than what I’m used to, the food and service more than made up for it. The dishes were authentic and full of flavor, the drinks were great, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend giving this place a try!

Had our work Christmas party here. The atmosphere, service and food was all great. They brought out plenty of food on our buffet and checked on us often. The staff and food are both outstanding!

Food had really good flavor! Felt like we were eating a home cooked meal! We ordered molcajetes, huevos rancheros, and chile verde. It was all delicious and their cafe de olla also tasted the way its supposed to taste lol. Gabe helped us out and was very kind and patient with us. We’ll for sure be coming back!
