Was dealers choice for fathers day dinner and my pick was a long over due visit to Calabria’s based on the social media hype. Wasnt sure how crazy it would be and called before hand and was told plenty of seating was available so we headed that way. When we arrived, learned there was a dining room / lounge area with a separate area for the Pizzeria. Wanting pizza, we headed towards the Pizzeria side. Definitely cashing in on the Portnoy 8.9 review with an overabundance of signs pasted both on the inside and outside of the pizzeria.

So not only is the food amazing, and by amazing i mean absolutely amazing. But the service is even better. Antonio was one of the most caring servers i have ever encountered!! He went completely out of his way to make us feel at home as first time customers, and leave as part of their pizza family.

I’ve tried many high rated places that Dave has reviewed and this place is not near the top of the list. It’s decent but way over hyped by Dave coming there. The pizza is somewhat thin but way to greasy. I would recommend but this not a 8.9 slice and more like a 8.1.

Went to Calabria with my boyfriend last weekend (we are into pizza!) and had the absolute best time! Antonio and Gabriella were immediately welcoming, and excited that we traveled an hour and half from South Jersey to try Calabria. We had a 1/2 and 1/2 with pep and hot honey, and Antonio brought us a slice of “upside down” to try as well. Honestly, it some of thebest pizza I’ve ever had; wouldn’t change a thing about it, absolutely 10/10. Cocktails were also amazing, and I really loved swapping pizza recipes with Gabriella! We truly felt like old friends from the moment we stepped in, and the food awesome. We will be back! Definitely recommend!

Went for dinner Friday and had the best meal I’ve ever eaten there! The seafood was so fresh an tender! Was cooked to absolute perfection! If you haven’t been here you absolutely must!! Ultra thin pizzas are always such a crapshoot. Either they’ll be so thin that slices flop hopelessly under its own weight, or the crust will taste more like tomato sauce and cheese on a cracker. But YouTube’s famous pizza reviewer, Dave Portnoy, gave Calabria’s thin pizza such an uncharacteristically high 8.9 that we had to find out for ourselves. (Note: the restaurant has since updated the menu and renamed it the ‘Dave Portnoy Thin Pie’).
