Trying to definitely recommend trying them out. There’s no reservations so don’t hesitate and get there early. Free parking.
Walk in and you are welcomed by the excellent folks, Arturo, owner & chef, and favorite server, Theresa.
Dining in favorites include: Insalata Capricciosa, the largest and best salad with bruschetta; Tuscany Salad; brimming with the freshest goodness of perfectly grilled shrimp & chicken over mixed salad with cranberries, cheese-try the Feta, and other salad goodies; Steamed Clams-so deliciousness in white wine sauce that we ate them before photo-oops-that’s how great; Pepperoni Pizza-Momma Mia what a crust, perfection! Terrific Salmom with veggies!

Calabria received a well deserved Bravo in 2023 from the “Jersey Pizza War” Chef Umberto.
Every dish we’ve tried has been nothing short of spectacular. I’ve indulged in the spaghetti and meatballs, veal parm, chicken cacciatore, and most recently, the seafood calabrese—each one bursting with flavor and clearly made fresh to order. My husband is equally obsessed, especially with the veal parm (he’s had it three times!) and the veal piccata.
And let’s talk about the sauce—it’s truly to die for. Rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. The bread is warm, crusty, and served fresh, making it the perfect start to every meal.
But the real showstopper? The cannoli. Crisp, golden shells filled with the creamiest, most luscious ricotta filling we’ve ever tasted. Lightly sweetened, with just the right hint of vanilla and a dusting of powdered sugar—it’s the kind of dessert that makes you close your eyes and savor every bite.
And what truly makes Calabria special are the owners. They are some of the nicest folks we’ve ever met—always welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely passionate about their food and guests.
We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves true Italian food. Calabria is a treasure, and we’ll keep coming back again and again!
