I had a very disappointing experience at Cala di Volpe Barbecue Restaurant. Before entering, I specifically asked at the reception if they had an à la carte menu, and I was told they did. However, once seated, the waiter insisted that there was no à la carte option and only offered us a much more expensive menu. It felt like they simply did not want us to stay and tried to push us away with higher prices. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a place that presents itself as a high-standard restaurant. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful to guests. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We recently had the experience of visiting a hotel restaurant. At the reception, we were informed that there was a minimum spending requirement, which we accepted, and we then parked our car. However, upon entering the restaurant, the staff treated us differently, as we were not hotel guests, and we were only offered the à la carte menu. This was inconsistent with the information provided at the reception, where we had been told that another menu would be available.

Kudos to Giuseppe at the bbq restaurant/ breakfast. Giuseppe was always glowing and super friendly and made our meals much more enjoyable with his excellent service, energy and charisma.

One con of this place is it is extremely expensive!

Volevamo fermarci a cena ma ci hanno respinto perche qualcuno di noi indossava i pantaloni corti.
Una delle guardie addette alla sicurezza invece di semplicemente metterci al corrente del loro dress code, ci ha comunicato il problema in modo un pò aggressivo davanti a tutta la platea di clienti,obbligandoci ad andare via.
