I’ve been going here for about a year now. Great service! Very Sweet ladies!! And great desserts. My oldest love their donuts, I’ve gotten 2 customized cakes one for my son’s 12th birthday and a Mother’s Day cake for my mother from this bakery and they were beautiful and delicious! I haven’t purchased a cake in a while. I have purchased a wedding cake before. The customer service is terrible now. I placed a request online and they didn’t get back. So I called and I was placed on hold for 5 minutes. I called and said they had me on hold for 5 min and the girl ignored what I said. I will never buy another product from them again. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Hire staff to represent your business

We have been ordering cakes there for Christmas from here for many years, just ordered a cake for my daughter’s baby shower as well, never had an issue. This Christmas cake frosting was horrible, it was so thick, oily, tasted like it was stale, old. It was falling off the cake, very disappointed.

“A total rip-off.” Half the cake was frosting… awful. The last two times it’s been a disaster, and to think we recommended it to our friends and family.

I bought a tres leches rosca de reyes; it doesn’t taste good at all. The bread was hard despite having 3 milks. Moreover, they do not show what it is like. I didn’t know it was like this, and I was sorry to tell them that no longer want it.
