Customer Service Concern

I was placed on hold for approximately 20 minutes before coming into the store. When I arrived, Kim stated that she was very busy and working alone, which was the reason for the delay. However, it was clear that she was not by herself.

I then requested to speak with a manager and was told that Michael was not available, and my request to speak with another manager was refused. I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes after already waiting 20 minutes on the phone and another 10 minutes in person.

This experience was very frustrating and did not reflect good customer service. I understand that stores can get busy, but communication and professionalism are important, especially when customers are waiting for extended periods of time.

During our visit to New Orleans we ventured to go get Cajun food somewhere near our hotel. We were disappointed to find out that this place doesn’t allow dining in! Definitely killed the mood. It’s also set up like a buffet and the food is sitting out behind the counter, not sure how to feel about that. The lady who took our order was a bit impatient and unfriendly. We ordered grilled fish and shrimp and it tasted great. I was glad it was seemingly made to order, but the experience wasn’t the best. Food is good but I’m sure there’s better.

I’m always greeted when I walk in. My food is always hot and fresh. I always order fried wings and fries. The prices for wings are standard.

Garlic crawfish is very good! Every time I come home to visit I have to stop and get at least a couple pounds of crawfish!

The shrimp tho … not seasoned. I thought it was just an off day but it’s consistently not well seasoned after several visits.

Crawfish always clocked! And the 10pc chicken & shrimp fried rice plate is worth every dime!

Prices here compete with any other quality seafood establishment in the city. I love this place but the garlic butter is trash! If you want to try it on anything get it on the side it’s garlic salt mixed with butter. It’s soooo gritty and gross. It feels and tastes like sludge. If you get regular boiled items not drenched/cooked in their signature garlic butter you’re sure to be happy.

This establishment has been closed for 10 days I ordered boiled crawfish But instead I got 10 day old crawfish that they usually use for their garlic crawfish but just dipped it in hot water the crawfish tasted sour and the meat was Brown unacceptable They didn’t give me a refund My last time eating here.

Found them when I visited New Orleans looking for vegetarian options. I was so pleased I went back three times while visiting. Good food, fun friendly staff. Let you taste the food to make sure I liked it. Give you good amount food on your plate worth your money. Seafood boil better than others around the area. Good flavor not over seasoned with cayenne pepper. It’s seasoned right. Crawfish not from gulf your choice, though.

The best Dungeness crabs in the city hands down. They always taste fresh and are not over seasoned AND the price is right- 15.99 a pound. I recently purchased some for a party along with crawfish, potatoes, and corn. The other food was ignored and all the seafood and fixings were gone! The people that work there are wonderful and take the time to drain the water from the bags before weighing them. That extra step shows me they care. I’ve tried different things on the menu and it’s always good, never old tasting. I highly recommend!
