Started out as a family fundraiser through tragic life events and hardships ! Started cooking at church to survive such losses and trauma , financial setbacks ! Started sharing our fundraiser with friends and families on Facebook as well sharing our journey , life and testimony. Lost my parents tragically in my childhood home house fire in Louisiana 2017 , car wreck , Job loss / injury at work for husband , causing financial hardships , an injustice to our family and also my brother who was murdered in 2023 ! We are overcomers !!!!! GOD IS GREAT !! This is our testimony ! Joy and hope through God our Father ! Now a vision turned to real life ! Our mission to be a ministry of hope , love , and faith and help Many along this journey !!!

Cajun KLADS House Louisiana Gumbo absolutely exceeded my expectations! The chicken and sausage gumbo was incredible — packed with bold, rich flavor in every bite.

I got the sample the gumbo here and it was absolutely amazing. You can tell that they truly know what they are doing. It is absolutely amazing. You cannot mess with this meal. It is definitely a must try.

We ordered most of the items on the menu and had the neighbors over. This is more authentic and flavorful than I could have imagined. The kids LOVED all of it. I asked for one of the items to be spicy and it was the perfect heat. Cajun KLADS House Louisiana Gumbo is now on the FAVORITES list! My interaction with the owners made my day. Absolutely YES!! The food is to die for……actually heavenly , Hot and fresh. I tried the Jambalaya and the seafood bisque. Both are amazing! Just the right amount of spice, not too much, not too little. Lots of seafood and meat. Jasmine rice tops it off. I am looking forward to trying more. Hats off to LaDonna!!

Gumbo, jambalaya and Cajun meatballs are a few to mention. Also they serve shrimp Po boys. Come on out to the fairgrounds in Hutchinson at the country diner building and enjoy some really great food. Oh goodness where do I even begin!? I called literally LAST minute last night & they were so kind to still let us order! I even received a special grilled cheese which blew my socks off! My boyfriend was so happy all night long after eating his Crawfish! He hadn’t had any in years & it was such soul comforting food! He said the flavor & taste was out of this WORLD. He has been talking about it STILL as it’s not the following day!
