Ordered online for first time as we have never tried this place before will never come back. We were told 20 minutes for order to be ready and when we got there 25 minutes later we had to wait another 20 minutes and it was not busy. At one point I think it was the manager made the comment that there was a lot of crazy things ordered and it would be a few minutes longer. One of the crazy things was what was supposed to be a large gumbo and according tot hire website it would be a 32 ounce gumbo and we got a 16 ounce gumbo with most of it being rice. My wife ordered a protein bowl and they decided to fill the whole bottom with rice and she did not order that. We also ordered Cajun edamame and all we got were boiled edamame with no seasoning. I really was upset with the poor customer service that we got. They also tried to give me someone else’s order when I first got there as they did not ask me for name or phone number til I refused what I knew was not my order.

Came in on a Tuesday and only 2 other tables were there. We were seated quickly and got our drinks almost immediately. Complementary hush puppies were yummy! We needed a moment to decide what to order and the waitress let us know the price of the king crab lags as it varies throughout the season so the price isn’t on the menu. I can’t recall the time it took for food as we were watching the TV playing Supermarket Sweep but it wasn’t a really long wait. The waitress came to check in a few times and brought us refills before we were even done with our original drinks. She was really nice. We’ll definitely be back!

First of all, I would like to say that the food here is very fresh and tasty. Great for seafood lovers. We dined there on a Friday night and our food took forever to come out, but the dining room was packed and our server was very friendly and apologetic. Not a big deal. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because of an incident I witnessed that the staff also saw. A mother (fellow customer) with two small girls in tow crossed through the dining room carrying the girls’ used toddler potty with her. I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. Call me Karen but what kind of untrained farm animal would bring this mini toilet around people eating and drinking? Isn’t that a health code violation? Or just piss poor manners? I think management should have intervened but of course nothing was said. My husband and I were not paying for a side of toddler e.coli with our crab boil.

My family had eaten here once before, and generally had a good experience. We talked up the all you can eat seafood boils quite a bit. We came back tonight, and were really disappointed. It took about an hour for our first round to come out, and it was missing a pound and a half of crab and a pound of shrimp around the table. We were promised that they would put the missing food in and expedite it to come out right away. A half a pound of (overcooked) shrimp made it. No crab. We put in an order for another round, waited another hour, kids were melting down, and wanted to leave. Our second round was brought out in a to go bag, again missing crab. It was attempted to charge us for appetizers that were meant to be on the all you can eat menu, the manager removed those charges. But when we complained that we weren’t able to enjoy our all you can eat meal, she explained that it’s already a discount price and would not offer further resolution. It’s not really all you can eat when it’s not brought in a reasonable time frame and you don’t get what you order. It’s fine, it’s just not what we were hoping for, and we probably wouldn’t go back.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!! We need a caterer for a graduation party, 30 people. Donna and Jen (owner) are amazing. They helped with everything. They arrived exactly when they said they would….and the food..there are not enough positive words. My guest raved about the shrimp, fried fish, the whole meal and even dessert. There was enough food for everyone to have seconds, some 3rds, large plates. It was affordable, delicious, they provided everything we need. If you want great food, friendly staff, and easy. Call these ladies, you will NOT be disappointed. I have another graduation next year, and my guest are asking if we can do the same thing. And we will!

I had a great experience at Cajun Crab. I ordered a few appetizers and a boil. Trace was a great waiter as my drinks were smooth and food was amazing. Actually, food and drinks came pretty quick..Towards the end it started getting busy and Trace still took the time to check up and ask me about the service provided. Definitely will visit Cajun Crab again and would recommend to those who want great tasting food and exceptional service.

Save your money and go a few miles up the road for much better service and seafood at Deluna’s. We should have known better when we saw 2 cars in the parking lot during normal dinner time hours that we were in for it. The atmosphere seems dated and dingy. It feels like a place SpongeBob SquarePants would go for a meal. The shrimp in our boil was overcooked. The corn, potatoes, and added sausage were good however. Prices for the boils seemed fair for the Milton area but prices for the sides were completely outrageous. Almost $5 for a side of green beans! While the food was mediocre, the service was terrible. We were seated and 10 minutes later our drink order was taken by the host because he had seen us sitting there unattended by the server. He brought our drinks and took our order. The complimentary hush puppies were delicious! Our server brought the food 25 minutes after we ordered. We were 1 of 4 tables in the entire place! My husband ordered another drink which never came. Thankfully we were not charged for it. My biggest complaint was how long we were ignored by our server while she talked to some friends at the table behind us. We were privy to their entire conversations. We asked her for a box and our check. We sat and sat and sat, and honestly considered leaving without paying. Finally, after almost 15 minutes waiting for a box and our check, we paid and left. Honestly, I don’t know how this place survives. We won’t be back mainly because of the service.

We had a really good experience. Friday night wasn’t busy. We called ahead to reserve a table and were told that no reservations required. Our server was very nice and attentive. Fried calamari were spiced just right. I am not a big fan of very spicy food, so I ordered not spicy garlic Kraken( 3 potatoes, 1 egg, 2 corn, shrimp, crawfish, crab legs, mussels and clams). It came out super hot in the bag. My husband loved his shrimp bag. $105. We will be back.
