Cajun Bay Seafood & Bar is the spot for any seafood connoisseur!!
The seasoning and sauce are absolutely incredible perfectly well balanced and not overdone to compensate for quality. You can really taste how fresh everything is.
The pricing is more than reasonable for what they offer, especially considering the portion sizes and flavor. I personally ordered the Tuesday Special and just added boiled eggs, and it did not disappoint.
Ariana is a fantastic server I absolutely loved her customer service and positive vibe! She made the whole experience even better.
If you love bold Cajun flavors done right, this place is a must try. I’ll definitely be back!

So we really liked the decorations and it seemed like it was going to be really good tasting seafood boil. Reminded us of Red Crab in Garland and Addison, shell shack and the juicy crab. My seafood boil was odd sauce . The appetizers were good (mushrooms and cheese sticks). The fried seafood basket – shrimp and catfish – the catfish tasted muddy and the shrimp was overcooked with no flavor. Glad we don’t live in Forney and we won’t be returning to this establishment. Very clean bathrooms tho! Take a chance and see what ya think 🙂

Was looking to try something different and I searched on Google. The food here was absolutely amazing! The crab boil was seasoned to perfection (not to salty), and the chicken fried rice was everything. The rice was cooked perfectly and the chicken was most. Only thing that could be tweaked is how long the corn was cooked(5-10 more minutes).

Aryana is the best! I am very picky and I only drink cold Coronas, as soon as she sees me come in she puts some in the freezer for me and she already knows what food I am going to order that she automatically tells me I will bring you the butter and lemons as well!
She’s always soo sweet and I love her make up.
I always apologize because she knows I’m very picky, and I feel like I make things difficult for her but she does not mind at all.

The food was delicious but…was shocked by the total bill. My sister recommended this place for dinner so I ordered takeout. Firstly, the website does not include pricing for custom boils. I had to find pricing from a photo of the menu someone posted on yelp. We ordered 2 boils. First was 2lbs head on shrimp, second was 1 snow crab cluster + 1lb head on shrimp + 1 order of hard boiled eggs. When the person who took my order over the phone said the total was $98 I nearly fell out of my chair. I even asked her to repeat the total I couldn’t believe it. Now, I will admit I was reading the prices for 1/2lb on the photo I looked up BUT if their website included custom boil pricing I wouldn’t have had to rely on a photo of a menu in the restaurant. When I picked up my order i checked the receipt in the car. $44 for the just shrimp boil and $46 for the crab/shrimp/egg boil. (Sorry y’all I don’t have a photo I already threw that receipt out) If I had known I would have ordered all crab. As you can see on my receipt stapled to the bag, pricing is cut off. I know that wasn’t intentional but the printer should be fixed. With that said, the food was absolutely delicious. The shrimp were juicy, plump and sweet. The crab was fresh and well cooked. The seasoning was flavorful and abundant. I absolutely recommend this place and will go back again when I have more money

Hubby and I had a craving for Cajun food and wanted to try someplace new.
Outside, the restaurant looks pretty normal. Inside though, the decor gave off a fun seafaring vibe.
The staff were friendly and efficient.
Overall, we loved our dishes. They were tasty and well seasoned. The portions were quite generous.

Cajun Bay is a nice restaurant- Bar and the service is excellent, the staff are nice and professional,the Decor is Beautiful and the restaurant is pretty clean! Now the food is pretty fresh and it looks delicious we had the Family 1 which is enough food for 4 people they brought it out in a Beautiful tray! But I’ll have to say that it wasn’t season enough and it didn’t really have the Cujun Flavor that I was expecting, good food but not enough taste!

I ordered the fried catfish basket, came with fries and 2 hush puppies. My wife ordered the fried rice with crawfish. Definitely gave big portions, well seasoned food. It was great. Waitress was nice, fast, and attentive. The food was brought to the table piping hot. Also had the lemon pepper wings as an appetizer. Very good..my wife loved them. Maybe a tad too much seasoning for me.
If I had one thing that would really make my meal better… I’d recommend a in house made or some kinda signature tarter sauce. It was just very ordinary while everything else was great.

I really had high hopes. The interior is beautiful and makes you want to love this place. I ordered 1/2 lb shrimp plain w/ fettuccine and corn. Appetizer – fried calamari. M. ordered 1/2 crab legs w/ 1/2 shrimp mild.
The fried calamari was over cooked, I spit it out as I couldn’t keep chewing it like bubble gum.
They placed my fettuccine inside the bag of shrimp. The Cajun’s sauce was mild and tasted terrible to say the least. I walked out feeling terrible and had a headache.
M. said her food was okay but wasn’t worth the $74 meal. This is her second time here.
Her and her two friends spent $223 for lunch.
My advice, give it a shot and see if you like it. Not sure we’ll be back anytime soon.

Aryana is an asset! Best service ever. Shrimp is always on point my wife makes me take her at least once a week. Prices are fair. Haven’t found better seafood in Forney yet.
