We are a coffee roasting business, and sell our coffee beans from our concession trailer in Seward, Alaska. We also sell espresso, donuts (made fresh), crab or shrimp rolls (similar to warm lobster rolls), crab or shrimp grits, a variety of iced beverages, and our own delicious cold brew. Our trailer is located next door to Seward Gateway Hotel. Summer 2025 hours are 7am-2pm Thursday thru Monday, May-Mid September, but follow us on Facebook or Instagram as we frequently update our hours.

This was the best meal we had on our whole trip! The crab roll was absolutely exceptional. The coffee was tasty, the donuts were amazing as well. Very impressed with this small food truck. We went back again and again. The owners were nice and the food came out quickly. Highly recommend!
