Tony Faillaci
Stopped by Caiman Cantina and really enjoyed it. I had Mr. Tony’s chicken fajitas, which were flavorful and came with a great mix of veggies (not just a pile of bell peppers or onions like you get at some places). The gringo queso and guacamole were both excellent. The queso was even a tad bit spicy, which was a nice touch.
I also tried a spicy margarita which had good flavor, however, I found it a bit syrupy, but honestly I didn’t mind it at all. Plenty of parking, solid food, and good drinks. We’ll definitely be back.

Caimán Cantina deserves every bit of five stars. The moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. You can tell they care about their guests and take pride in their service.
The food was the highlight rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and portions that actually satisfy. Everything tasted like it was made with intention. The atmosphere is upbeat and inviting, and the place is kept very clean, which I really appreciated.
From service to food to overall vibe, everything came together for a great experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a solid spot to eat and relax.

We always loved Two Fillets but when they closed it and changed it to Caiman Cantina we thought we would give it a chance. Well we did and we both agreed we will not do it again as it doesn’t fit our taste buds and expectations for the price. The pros are the staff was very attentive. You could tell the waiter was somewhat new but he tried and was very attentive. The chip salsa had a very unique smoky taste and was good. We thought it would be a great experience but then it went downhill. The cons were the chips tasted somewhat stale. The $12 Queso Fundido barely covered the bottom of the dish in a very, very thin layer and was like stringy glue as it would not separate without a knife. The flour tortillas had a lot of either oil or butter on them that got all over your fingers as you could see the shine even in the dim lightening. For the price, it is not worth it. My husband’s #31 Enmoladas enchiladas were burnt and very dry. He loves mole sauce, but not here. We both agreed the rice was horrible as they use maybe a broth that created a weird taste and it was very sticky and cool. Both meals were barely warm yet they claimed the plates were hot but they were not. We were the only people there at the time so we would have expected hot food. I replaced on #18 Burrito En-Diablado the chipotle fire sauce with a creamy cheese sauce. It reminded me of a southern thick gravy over southern biscuits. It was thick and heavy and overpowered the pork and supposed grilled pineapple that you could barely taste. The insides were lukewarm, if that. My husband had really horrible stomach gas for 9 hours that kept him up. This was our date night to get away from things and it was not a good experience and sadly we will not be back. We only ate about 1/4 of our meals. It was a waste of our gift card promotion dollars that we had bought when Two Fillets existed.

First time visiting an absolutely love the entire experience. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with a warm welcome. We were given a choice of where to sit and decided to sit in the bar and enjoy meeting Leo and Donovan. Absolutely excellent service from Lyon and great recommendations on trying a few different margaritas. I enjoyed a spicy margarita and Nancy enjoyed a classic margarita. We split a fajita dinner and it was wonderful. The only suggestion I would make is the filet was extremely tender, but it lacked a little bit of flavor mexican style but all around the entire evening was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When we left Leo walked us out and opened the door for us. I think we found our new favorite neighborhood bar. We did notice your happy hour and I do feel like the happy hour should be extended to 6 PM. We have not enjoyed this but it’s just a recommendation.

Took my wife and kids for dinner and we had a wonderful meal. The food was great and the drinks were delicious according to my wife with her strawberry margaritas. lol Our server and the managers were super friendly and attentive. The one thing that just made it extra special for our family was the staff’s graciousness to accommodate my wife’s request. She had ordered one of the burritos but wanted it deep fried like a chimichanga…and the server and kitchen staff made it happen. She didn’t want to make it a habit to alter any menu item at any establishment so she was so surprised that they were willing to do that for her. Anyways, we would definitely come back and if I can recommend a particular dish, the burritos were awesome!

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, Greg and CJ made us feel like family — their warm welcome and spot-on recommendations set the tone for a perfect evening. The food was authentic, vibrant, and bursting with bold New Mexican flavor — every bite was fresh and unforgettable. Melissa, our server, went above and beyond with her kindness and attentiveness, especially helping my wife find the perfect drink. The service, atmosphere, and quality here are all top-notch. Naples has a new gem — we can’t wait to come back and bring friends!

Man I really wanted to like this place. Its so convenient to Naples Park. However, the food for the price missed the mark in almost every way. The only nice thing I can say is that the wait staff was friendly and the food presentation and temperature were good. After that it falls off pretty hard. Let’s start with the flavor. It was by far some of the most bland tasting food I have had. I need to see Chef Rafael Elisea credentials because he either doesnt know what flavor is or the cooking staff didnt follow his recipe. Im a white guy and I am saying there is no flavor. That should tell you everything you need to know.
The food also lacked freshness which is so unfortunate and such an easy fix like Los Tacos #1 in New York. I dont really like seed to table because of what they stand for but they at least know how to make flavorful salsa. Go buy your salsa from them if you need to but for the love please dont try to pass off warm marinera sauce as salsa. The margaritas were a total miss too. How does that happen? Then there is the buildout of the space. I know what you are trying to go for but if you are going to charge those prices lets do something cool like Verde in Carmel Indiana with their affordable highend buildout.
Bottom line is this is owned by another white guy like me. That isnt what we need. We need original authentic flavors from Latin American countries not food service products that are blindly if at all seasoned. I know this is harsh but when you pay a chef to build out a menu and you miss this hard on the food something has to be said. We gave the chicken fajitas, the steak tacos, the barbacoa tacos, shrimp fajitas, and chicken tacos a shot and they all were bland. None of our party even wanted to bring the left overs home or finish the margaritas.
I know I have not been posting reviews lately but this place pissed me off so bad for wasting my hard earned money that I had to come out of hiding and warn people. Not to mention they put mint in my margaritas, who does that.
Shout out to Riley though. She did pretty good.

Food was good. Not great but good. I ordered the chicken flautas and they were very good. My husband ordered the Mexican duo .. the Pablo pepper was very good. While the enchilada was good, it was the size of a flauta. I ordered my margarita without salt bit the second came with waits. The remedy was to pour the at enceusted Ararat into a clean glass…which gave me a lot of salt taste. Not good. I can’t say that this. Place that I would say that I must visit again. Our server, Alberto, was excellent!!! If you come here, ask for him!!
