We wanted a pizza and chose this place. Caffe Prego did not disappoint. They have a good selection together with other menu items. The pizzas are 11″, a decent size and have generous toppings, you will not go hungry here. The waiter was attentive and friendly. Can easily recommend Caffe Prego.

One of my favourite restaurants in Ogunquit- you HAVE to try Quattro Stagioni pizza (one quarter of each topping- olives, artichokes, mushrooms, prosciutto). Save room for the gelato whoopie pie and affogato!! Outdoor seating on the deck has an ocean view depending on where you sit!

Our family’s first night in Ogunquit and we chose Cafe Prego for dinner. It did not disappoint. The service was excellent. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was also excellent. The pizza crust was delicious and the salmon special was top notch. Also do not miss out on dessert. The gelato selection was vast and yummy. Would definitely eat here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We have been to Caffe Prego a few times. This time, four of us came for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and got right in. Service was pretty good, although I think there was a lite bit of a language barrier. After our bruschetta appetizer, We all ordered sandwiches. I had the chicken caprese panino, which was good. The crusty bread and soft mozzarella was a great combo. My critique, I think the orange awning gives everything an unsettling color, as you can tell from the pictures, and the music was slightly too loud. Other than that, we had a nice time.

As a local, we get to taste the best Ogunquit has and Caffe Prego is one our absolute favorites. Zach and Donovan make sure everything is perfect with their amazing food and service. Their staff is friendly and very attentive whether you sit at the bar or in the dining areas. Caffe Prego is a must for anyone who enjoys authentic Italian food or just a gelato for dessert. Enjoy!

We stopped here for lunch and I ordered the chicken panini sandwich. The chicken sandwich was made with chicken lunch meat, tomato, basil, and mozzarella on Wonderbread. It was disappointing and I feel the kitchen can do better at $15 a pop. Real chicken and maybe a ciabatta roll for the panini at minimum. Our little group will try a different restaurant next time. The staff were pleasant and the view from the deck was lovely.

We had an excellent meal — best Caesar salad, delicious Italian wedding soup and a scrumptious mushroom pizza with our favorite reds (Chianti and montepulciano) …forgive my spelling. But the best was saved for last — maple cappuccino with a pistachio gelato Whoopie pie. Our server was wonderful — she’s an international — who speaks multiple languages and took great care of us. A wonderful experience and we’ll be back as we frequently visit this great seaside town!

We were with a group of 12 people. We had no problems with the service or even with the waiter, but he judged that we were not in a state to drink. However, we are people who like to have a good time and we remained respectful at all times with the people around us. The waiter took two glasses directly from our hands. We have been on vacation here for three days and we have never had such disgusting service. Talk with us, find solutions, but take away our glasses? I am sorry, but I do not recommend people to come to this restaurant, especially when a premeditated judgment is made by an employee for the rest of our evening.

This staff is super friendly and the location is awesome! We got seated outside, which I didn’t like as much but there wasn’t any empty spots indoors so it’s okay. The food was sooo good! We got the Margherita & Bianca pizza and the shrimp pasta. I really recommend the Bianca pizza! It tastes exactly like the one I got in Italy :). And the shrimp pasta has a different flavor than what I had before, very unique but very good with lemon flavor. Highly recommend!!
