This place is a must try. I definitely felt under dressed coming in and glad I came in during off peak hours. The staff was very welcoming and did a great job making me feel comfortable. The food here is absolute exquisite. You must try the eggplant fritters and finish the remaining sauce with the bread they offer. I never knew eggplant could be so delicious. I could have ordered three more orders of it. Each order brings four pieces. I also had the she crab soup and the chicken parmigiana over Angel hair. Everything I tried was delicious and very good. You have to come here and try the eggplant fritters they really stole the show!

Whenever I dine at Cafe NaVona, I am treated like royalty, greeted by my first name, and immediately attended to with a friendly staff. Marco, the owner, always makes me feel like I am right at home. The cuisine is always beautifully presented and intrigues your palate before you begin eating. The desserts are always delicious. Cafe NaVona is definitely one of my favorite places to dine. I love Marco & his staff! Whenever I have a closing on a home, I celebrate by treating my clients to dinner there!

What a fantastic place! We started with the calamari which was hot, crunchy and delicious! The Shrimp Veneziano was amazing, the sauce was creamy and flavorful, the pasta perfectly aldente and the shrimp were huge and plentiful. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience. Sat at the bar, Jill the bartender was amazing and the owner Marco is pleasant and engaging. Enjoy their specials which was their Autumn Salad and Lobster roll. Will definitely return + they have entertainment nightly.

Had a delicious dinner here for my mom’s birthday! Would highly recommend the Gnocchi with Vodka Sauce, but everything we ordered was delicious. It’s also a nice touch with the complimentary bread and bruschetta for the table. Will definitely come back here!

Party of 6 – Calimari was super chewy to the point we would not eat it, veal franchise was ok at best. Nothing we ordered was worth going out for. Our service was terrible. Empty drinks piled up, waitress was not attentive at all. Desert came wrong and forgot 2 out of 4 coffees.

So my wife and I decided to go earlier today to try it out in person and can’t wait to go back again. It’s nice to have found a cozy, authentic Italian spot here in Morris County that is excellent.
