The berries salad and the cauliflower soup were my absolute favorites. Honestly, everything tastes good here. They even give you bread and strawberries for free! But my recommendation? After such a healthy meal, ask yourself… do you really need that chocolate?

I was really excited to try this place out but the food was really really cold. Not sure if this is normal or how often they replace their food but even my soup was really cold which I would think is easy to keep warm. The floor also seemed messy but could be staffing or the their rush hour period. Would love to try again as I understand this could be a one off. Experience.

I am a regular customer, but today I really wanted to try something different. I love all of the soups at Cafe Zupas but today I ordered the Chickpea & Vegetable soup for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t get out of the office for lunch and this really made my day… Thank You!

The minute I walked into this restaurant I felt immediately overwhelmed. It was loud and chaotic, the employees were stressed and didn’t know where my order was. It was lunch hour so I understand that but it didn’t feel prepared for it.

Karla was super nice to me and my friend. It was my first time ever at a Zupas and she made me feel less bad about needing to sample a few soups before I picked one. Also let us chit chat to hearing kine and never made us feel rushed despite us being there nearly at close (sorry!) We literally didn’t realize because of how patient she was. Also yes, the soup is great here! it is a little blindingly bright which is why 4/5 on “atmosphere” but literally everything else is perfect. Super nice staff, really clean place, and delicious food.

Honestly, I can’t believe the manager gave me the strawberries right out of the box without even washing them and I paid $13 for this horrible disgusting for their health protocol I couldn’t even eat it and he had such a bad attitude. I didn’t even bother on returning it.

I usually love getting soup from this place, especially when it’s cold outside. It’s one of my go-to spots because their soup is normally thick, hearty, and full of flavor. However, this time was a huge letdown. I understand that we arrived closer to closing, but that shouldn’t mean the quality takes such a drastic hit.
The soup I received was incredibly watery—no consistency, no richness, just thin broth with little substance. I always add noodles for extra texture, and when the soup is its usual thickness, it’s perfect. But this time, it felt like I was just eating noodles in flavored water. For nearly $10, I expected something far more satisfying.
I really hope this was just an off night, but I can’t help but feel disappointed. I’ll think twice before ordering soup here again unless I know the quality is back to what it used to be.

Wife and I decided to try this for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised. The facility was clean and staff were friendly.
Salads were good. Complimentary bread had good flavor. Strawberries had cheap chocolate on them.
We will eat here again.
