Food is always delicious and consistent here! Staff are also super friendly. Shout out to Nicole for being extra helpful. I, personally, always get the BBQ Brisket. My favorite sandwich on the menu, and the new strawberries and creme is pretty good.

I tried calling the restaurant on 2 separate occasions leaving my name and number both times in an attempt to resolve this issue with them directly. They have not gotten back to me. Last week I ate at Zupas and within a few hours had horrific food poisoning. Without getting into too much detail it was apparent it was the food from Zupas. I also saw multiple other people on Facebook the next day having the same issue from this location. Will not be eating there again

I usually love this location, and I work close. I ordered my to-go order 15 minutes early to make sure it was complete for my lunch break. I get there and they didn’t have it done by 3:15 and the employees didn’t even know what I was talking about. I had to wait 10 minutes of my lunch to have them make it. I’m really frustrated and I didn’t even get my drink i ordered with it. I honestly won’t be ordering here for a while. They need to get their ducks in a row.

This place ia great as long as you go inside to order. I am not sure who puts together their door dash orders but they either don’t know the menu or they just love putting vacado on everything. We order her for lunch at work occassionaly and EVERYTIME i get a honey bacon club, they put avacado on my sandwich. I don’t like it on my sandwiches, which is why i order a sandwich without avacado. And yes, I have called to let them know that this has happened many times. Yet it is still happening.

While 3 employees took care of a fairly consistent long line (taking orders, preparation and cashiering)the manager and another employee sat in the dining room. One on a computer and the other on a phone. It was pretty obvious this was not work related. A lot of chitchat and disregard for people waiting and other employees being overworked and overwhelmed.
My food still tasted good. The diet coke was carbonated water only.
Maybe this wasn’t a great time to not be helping out with customers.

Cafe Zupas, located conveniently off Riverdale Road near shopping is the perfect place to dine or order out. Fresh, delicious salads, soups and sandwiches, all made to order keeps me going back. Delectable desserts and chocolate covered strawberries. This cafe is large with many tables. Hard to find parking. Not ideal for talking as it gets quite loud.

7 people working and I waited 25-30 minutes for a salad to be made. They also continued to make peoples food (salads) who were behind me. I reminded the cashier twice and nothing changed.

I’m disappointed with changes I’ve personally observed at this location. Several Hispanic/ African American employees who had been working here were let go and told there was no work available. About a week later, new employees were hired. This raised serious concerns for me.
Since then, the restaurant has also appeared disorganized and significantly less clean than before. The overall environment no longer feels well managed, which makes me uncomfortable as a customer.
I hope management and corporate leadership take a closer look at what’s happening at this location.
