This location was FILTHY. Food and fingerprints smudged all over the glass in front of the food. Tables weren’t wiped down, trash all over the floors. The food prep area behind the employees was so dirty too and had trash and bits of food everywhere. It genuinely grossed me out to the point where I questioned if my food was safe to eat.

I previously left a negative review (maybe 6-9 months ago), and now I want to say that at this present time, this Zupas has an amazing manager who welcomed us (walking in 10 minutes before closing) with lots of energy and cheerfulness, told us we could stay to eat there and made our salads with good amounts of everything! He was so kind and amazing even after having been at work for almost 12 hours! This guy deserves a raise!!

Not good at all . Ordered the ultimate grilled cheese…cold and the cheese was still in slices and colder than room temp. It was a cold cheese sandwich at best. Soup was also not warm, but room temperature. The staff seemed overwhelmed, but it wasn’t that busy. Oh, and just because you say, “welcome in,” doesn’t make the customer feel appreciated when the order is rushed through and not fully cooked. Best of luck, I hope y’all figure it out.

Salads do NOT taste like they should. Everything is doused in olive oils. Sandwiches and soups are good. Service is fast. Plenty of seating.

I did an order through the app and did the “ASAP” option which said ready in 10 minutes. I arrived slightly early to the time given to me. I was not greeted for about 10 minutes and there were already 2 people waiting for their to go order. It was pretty empty inside the store and only a couple people in line for ordering to stay. Another 10 minutes goes by and now we have 7 people waiting for their orders. Again, not busy whatsoever besides us. I was finally asked my name and waited for my order. What I struggled with was only one employee was working hard. Everyone else was going 1/4 the speed and had no go in them. I would hate to see this location get actually busy because they struggled with just the to go orders and barely anyone in the ordering line. Anyway, the only employee that was impressive was the girl with the black glasses. Everyone else could be taught how to step it up.

Cold soup, and grilled cheese that was not grilled, legit two slices of cold rubbery cheese. They also tried to charge my half size soup as a whole. It took 3 employees to have a conversation about what’s a half soup and how to charge for it. I hadn’t been to Zupas in years and now I remember why. Blah, yuck. Best of Millcreek location.

I won’t be returning to this location in Millcreek. Ordered online, only to wait 20 minutes with NO ONE in line once I arrived. I had to ask the cashier twice when my order would be ready, only for them to ask me twice the items in my order. No apology either. Horrible customer service. Food industry has completely gone downhill. Pay your employees more $$!

I feel that if you’re going to wear gloves and still touch every surface, hair, clean with them, and then continue to touch food with the same gloves, the purpose is defeated. which every worker was doing. it was also pretty gross inside the restaurant. trash overflowing and the ground by the soda machine was covered in litter. we also had to wait 10+ minutes when there wasn’t anyone else in line. out of the 4 workers, only one was working, so while we stood and waited to pay for food because he was getting online orders done, the other workers sat and watched us stand there. our food was cold by the time we actually got to eat it.

This is the best Zupas I’ve been too!! The staff welcomes you the minute you walk through the door. My niece and her husband were visiting and this was their first time at Zupas. The manager was so friendly and offered them samples of soups. We had delicious food in a clean and eclectic space. Great job Millcreek Zupas!

I have never been to a Cafe Zupas since I am from the West Coast and I loved it. Had a hard time picking out my soup since I enjoyed all the ones I sampled. Staff were welcoming. We had the Pesto Sandwich & Enchilada Soup and Turkey Club & Mushroom Bisque
