I always enjoy coming here! I usually don’t have time to dine in, so I love how the drive-through has two lanes when you first come in. Food is usually ready pretty fast. I always get the pick two option with a strawberry harvest salad. I’m not a huge salad person but I love how fun they make eating salads. And I get their turkey bacon, avocado grilled sandwich. I’ve never been disappointed.

Ok so it’s a new place and so it’s the same thing where it’s crowded with new employees so I won’t be deducting any stars for long lines or inexperienced employees. But to be honest the line looked long but it was maybe 10 mins wait. You’ll wonder if your order will make it to the cashier because it goes in a few directions if you buy sandwiches and salad. Eventually they all come together in the same place.

Just ordered pickup, drove from EM to saratoga, get home and find this on a turkey bacon avacado sandwich. The avacado is mostly brown. We have ordered this sandwich for years from zupas, but its never looked like this. It went into the trash. Thanks for ruining dinner plans for us.

It isn’t new knowledge that Cafe Zupas is amazing, but what is NEW is their new Cafe Zupas Loyalty App!!! I can finally start earning food while enjoying food! The app is really neat and has everything I need to check out the menu, order online, scan for points, and most importantly, earn those SWEET-SWEET-POINTS!!! Not to mention there are special bonuses when you have the app like a FREE extra chocolate strawberry or a FREE drink! Overall it is a great app for an even greater store with the greatest food
