The food was soooo good! It was much better than other locations I’ve tried. I highly recommend the Pesto Chicken and the Cranberry Mule Cocktail. I loved the dirty soda bar! The employees were so friendly and attentive. They personally brought out a food item that took a bit longer than expected. Overall, I only waited 3 minutes for all my food and the line moved very quickly.

Avoid at all costs. Staff is completely obvious to the state of the restaurant as well as the needs of the customers. We watched a staff member serve herself soup and rice for her own lunch without wearing gloves, only for another employee to use the same serving spoons shortly after.

We waited for about 15 minutes while staring at our completed order, waiting to check out. The staff split it up between two plates and had zero idea what was going on.

Trash is overflowing, tables are unbussed, and the entire time there are at least 3x extra employees behind the counter standing around doing nothing.

It’s too bad the service doesn’t match the food. Plan to spend 30 minutes in line waiting for them to make the pickup orders ahead of yours. I’m glad for them, as a business, that they’re staying busy, but it’s at the expense of customers who are in the restaurant. Today at lunch, after standing in line for almost 30 minutes between ordering and paying, they hadn’t even started my food. They said it would be out in 30-60 seconds. After another 5 minutes I finally asked for a refund. The manager’s only response to my explanation for the refund was, “Interesting.” I guess it won’t be that interesting that I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Normally this location has been good. Today was beyond disappointing.
I bit on a piece of hard plastic in my sandwich, half of my wife’s sandwich had no meat in it, meat was dry, for my soup they gave me the last chunky scraps of the mushroom bisque (at 7:00 pm), and they were running out of so many ingredients. Staff were overworked and so busy, we were standing around waiting for a while, lots of people were waiting. Seems like a management issue with everything running out. Very unimpressed.

I do love eating zupas food. However an incident 2 years ago made me avoid eating it. I had ordered a chipotle salad like i did for many times but one in particular I had picked up caused my throat to close up. I am allergic to nuts but am good at being cautious with food items. Nuts had contaminated my salad and caused a major reaction to me. Since then I haven’t eaten here again until two weeks ago. I was ordering something and decided to adventure out. I ordered the pesto sandwhich that very briefly from images showed what was in it. I didnt think much of it and enjoyed the whole thing. My throat began to tingle and I look in the sandwhich and it had nuts. I caught it in time to take Benadryl and be fine. With nuts being a common allergy I would assume the signs would clearly state if the food had nuts in them. Expecially from my previous experience, that employees would be cautious of cross Contamination. I would hate if this happen to some very severly allergic to nuts.

I saw lobster bisque on their menu. I get that any place that serves it. I would not order it again from here. More like an onion bisque with some spice. Not even close to what I expected. My wifes soup was also below expectation as it was over spiced also. The place was filthy, the chairs all have a heavy dirt layer from greasy hands grabbing them so the white chairs are all streaked black. Probably wont return.

Nic was fantastic. I called the restaurant trying to put in an order right before they closed. He came and opened the door for me even though I was one minute after 9 PM. Exactly the type of guy you want managing your restaurant. Puts customers first! Hang onto employees like that.

Food was pretty great, big fan of the strawberry harvest chicken salad, it is simply immaculate. The berries, the raisins, the nuts, the chicken, and especially the dressing are most delectable. HOWEVER, the service here is pretty terrible. One could even say abysmal. We’ve got fellas in here that look like they haven’t worked a day in their lives. When I come in, the joint looks more busy than a U.S. immigration center in the late 1800’s. Me and my home boy wait here forever waiting for our turn to order and we’re thinking, “what’s the hold up?” When we get the the counter everyone is twiddling their thumbs literally, moving slower than cleopatra in her sarcophagus. I’ve seen elderly people hooping up with heaps more hustle and bustle than this zupas staff had. Except for one fella named Caden and the cashier who was pretty nice. All in all the food was good but I don’t think some people can handle a job that handles any type of work other than staring at a screen

I just had the best experience at the Zupas in Farmington. The customer service was great, so friendly and helped my indecisive self know what to order. Ashley was so kind and personable and the food was GREAT! We even came in close to closing and everyone was very kind and happy to serve us. Will be coming back!

I would give negative stars if possible. Filthy drink machine, my soup was cold. No ice or carbonation in sodas and terrible customer service

SIDENOTE: 4/29 I reached out to Zupas talk directly the day this happened, still not heard a word
