The golden spice apple cup is phenomenal! The “gold chocolate” reminds me of cookie butter and has been the best fall treat I’ve had all season so far. Their food and soup are amazing too. I always get the Try 2: ultimate grilled cheese with BBQ chicken salad or a pesto chicken sandwich with chicken enchilada soup. I’ve also tried their Mango Mojito mocktail which was delicious.
Food is great quality and I always enjoy the complimentary bread and chocolate dipped strawberry too. Highly recommend!

First time dining at Cafe Zupas and I can’t believe I’m just now experiencing this fast, casual gem. Compared to your other quick cafes, Zupas offers unique menu options, large portion sizes and fantastic pricing. Their signature chocolate dipped strawberry is divine and such a cute touch. Ordering via the app was a seamless process.

My husband and I just visited Café Zupas and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent, and the woman who helped us and prepared my protein bowl was incredibly kind, friendly, and thoughtful. She took the time to make everything perfectly and made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend Café Zupas—we’ll definitely be back!

I always pick up from this location but the other day I went in with a very curious toddler who was greeted kindly and continuously engaged with. Cielo especially was so kind and welcoming. She encouraged me to drink a soup sample that I will definitely be coming back to get and was so sweet to my kiddo.

My mother and I had dinner here last night (6/25/25). I ordered the Honey Bacon Club and was highly disappointed with my sandwich as there was hardly anything to it. It was two pieces of squished bread, one slice of ham, one slice of turkey, 3 pieces of bacon that were no larger than my pinky finger, a few small tomato slices and a lot of cheese. For a sandwich that cost almost $9 I expected substance; this sandwich wasn’t even worth half that price. My mother got the Mediterranean Chicken sandwich and it was stuffed with ingredients.
We spoke with the very young “manager” about our displeasure and he stood his ground saying this is how the sandwich is supposed to be. He was unwilling to swap for a different sandwich, provide a refund, or offer any compensation to dispel our displeasure. I finished my sandwich (if you can call it that) and we went down the street to McAlister’s so I could get something else. I already wasn’t a fan of Zupas but I went because my mother likes them. I won’t be back.

Clean, well lit, and spacious. The food was underwhelming. My curry soup was supposed to include chicken – I think I found 4 micro cubes of it – and wild rice with cashews. Nope. Flavor was okay but without ingredients too thin and lacking texture. One of our party remarked her bowl was lacking chick peas so no protein there either. I think this is a problem with the server/prep guy who seemed a bit off his game. Did like the complementary chocolate dipped strawberry.
