I always look forward to your chocolate dipped strawberries after my meal. I had gone for dinner today and was very glad I took a look at my strawberry before taking a bite. It was mushy and a small patch of mold was growing on it.
Considering a chocolate dipped strawberry is literally your logo I would think you would have better quality control with your fruit. Now im wondering how many of these I’ve eaten that had mold growing underneath the chocolate. Yuck

Julian and Humberto prepared our order. We were so impressed by their product knowledge, affability, and salesmanship. When we ordered our salads, Julian said they were giving out samples of the soups, which led us to change our soup orders. Everything was delicious! We hope that you are aware of how dedicated these two employees are, and that you recognize their contributions and reward them appropriately.

I like a few of their soups, the tomato soup and usually like the soup specials, but unfortunately these are always the temporary soups so can never order them again.
The turkey avocado sandwich was ok.
The issues for the 2 star:
I order the build your own bowl and paid a lot for additional extras. But the bowl was a joke, it was ALL rice and salad greens with pretty much non existent of any else I ordered to be included. For example, there was probably two little tiny chopped chunks of green/red peppers, non existent onions, non existent cauliflower, definitely less than 10 black beans, etc., etc. Not worth the price and won’t be ordering again.
I also did not get the included add ins with my lasagna soup special, the Basil Ricotta and Shaved Parmesan. And I really like their basil ricotta, so was not happy this was not included.
Also note, like a lot of other reviews, I experienced the same thing with the lobster soup. There is nothing in it. It is just all broth only.
Also hate that they force you to create an account with them just to place an order, when everyone else allows for a “guest checkout” option. So now we have yet another useless account out there that we have to manage and remember that has our data, which can be used, misused, sold, get junk/spam emails and/or texts, and hacked. Which all of the above has happened to me so many times I am just sick and tired of companies that uselessly and unnecessarily require accounts…

I know this place is growing in popularity, I haven’t been there since they opened and had a killer promotional deal. We returned tonight for a quick supper because I remember them having a good Mac n cheese that our toddler would eat. We ordered a couple large soups and made sure to double inquire about the “ADD Egg Noodles” as the Mac and cheese was essential. The staff assured us that the secret menu option was available and enough to let a kids imagine it was Mac and cheese. We arrived home 20 minutes later and found two soups no noodles. Thai is only frustrating because of the rigidness of our toddler and the expectation of Mac and cheese. I have tried the food yet just complaining on the quality control. Because we are to far to return I am leaving this review in hopes someone can reach out and make it right at which point I will promptly remove this review. Again can’t comment on the flavors or the dine in experience, just the order takeout and quality control.

Stopped by the Inver Grove Heights location on April 4, and was really impressed! The sandwiches were awesome – I tried the Mediterranean and the BBQ Brisket, and both were packed with flavor and super fresh. The ingredients tasted high-quality, and everything was made to order. Quick service, clean space, and great variety. Definitely coming back to explore more of the menu!

Very happy to see more healthy food option chain restaurants like this open across the country. Prices are reasonable, portions are extremely filling, and I like the complimentary chocolate dipped strawberry and bread that comes with their delicious food bowls. Personally I find this place much better than Freshii and similar chains. Nice clean and bright dining atmosphere, and staff at this location are friendly and helpful. Kids menu also looks good.

Ordered try 2 combo. The sandwich was good. The soup was half full and the tortilla strips were an extra charge and also half full. Barely any chicken in the “chicken” enchilada soup. It tasted good but very skimpy portions.

Hadn’t been to this location yet and it was a great experience! The staff were super friendly and the foot was great. I’m super happy they have a veggie sandwich now and it was really good! I also had the “Chris” soup (tomato basil and cauliflower cheddar mixed). My husband got the chile potato soup and bbq brisket sandwich and liked them both as well. The combo meal is a great deal and comes with the awesome chocolate dipped strawberry and bread. We will be back.

Scheduled an order for pickup for 5:15 and 3 pm (well in advance) and didn’t get my order until 5:50. Not sure how they prioritize orders but they need to reassess. I would have been better off canceling my order and going into the store but I couldn’t cancel my order because it already said it was “in progress”. It stayed in progress for over an hour so obviously they weren’t actually working on it the whole time. Also there was no manager on duty to speak to and workers seemed to have to try to deal on their own without any leadership. They all seemed super stressed. 🙁
