Ethan the manager does not know how to count. He packed my order and listed the number of wings he “sent” and told me I was incorrect in my math. Do not plan on recieving a whole order. They do nothing to resolve the issue and state there is nothing they can do. No customer service or resolution. Only resolution he gave was call door dash. No offer to fix the order or offer to come in and pick up the missing wings.

I ordered wings from this location on Super Bowl Sunday and after realizing the delivery wait time was going to be several hours (understandable for the occasion), I called and requested to cancel the order. They assured me that ti was canceled, but an hour later I got an email confirming my order. I called AGAIN and was met with slight impatience as the same employee assured me my order was canceled. So you can imagine I was surprised when my order still arrived (30 minutes after the original quoted time). At this point I had ordered different food and was unhappy that my large order was not canceled – and to make it worse the wings looked terrible. There was absolutely no sauce on the wings (see the photo). Completely unacceptable and I won’t be returning to this location.

kind attention. normal waiting time. I bought 10 wings without sauce and fries. They didn’t give me the fries and I had to ask for them. the wings had no taste of anything, no salt. They did not give me the accompaniment that it said (carrot or celery) and it seemed that they gave me the fries that they had leftovers. I spent my money for something bad

Stopped in on one of their busy days (Thursday 5/24) for their special. As soon as I walked in and getting ready to order I was told “if I wanted to wait and order it’s 1:45 mins”. (The worker seemed to be just filling in), I told him it was no problem. He then with attitude dismissed me and said “he needed to finish this order”. As he slammed and complained to other employees that their sauces were marked correctly”, I stood there 10 minutes watching hockey with out being acknowledged. I just Left. Really close to home that’s why we frequently order there, dissatisfied with customer service.

We always end up with expired blue cheese and nasty celery. The wings are always perfect so we now use our own dressing from home. The service is nothing special the kids working here are all high all the time so don’t expect anything. Update went back today 2/5 all the sodas are out….. no veggies at all. This place is truly getting worse and worse….corporate please save this store.

The place is a joke. Ordered one time, went to pick it up at the time I was told. When I got there they said it would be another hour. Tried ordering a second time 2 months later. Got to online checkout and 2 items weren’t available – WINGS & BONELESS WINGS. Tried to call 3 times and no one would answer. Don’t waste your time trying.

Ok so earlier today I ordered Buffalo Hot wings, I have been having a really hard morning and long night. I’m not sure if this is how you guys usually make your buffalo boneless chicken but it was horrible and dry and tasted nothing like buffalo 🙁 Just like regular chicken strips. As much as I LOVE wings I definitely won’t be coming back. This definitely did not make my day any better lol.

Best BWW around! Gave up on several other locations due to them being inconsistent. But after I found this location. I will happily drive out of my way to get them. The staff is excellent and food is always on point.

So the guy who was helping us was being very rude for no reason and I do come often but I have never seen this guy here before and I came from work to pick a order and we’re pretty much blaming us that we lost their orders maybe next time they can be nice and actually know where orders are at make sure other people aren’t taking the food. The guy was no need to be rude to us.
